Jinbe took a deep breath, endured the agonizing pain throughout his body, and limped toward the nearest injured person.
It was a young Fish-Man, barely over twenty.
His right leg was pinned tightly beneath a massive boulder, blood seeping out drop by drop through the cracks.
His face was pale as paper, his lips trembling, his eyes filled with despair and fear.
"Don't be afraid..."
Jinbe crouched down, grabbed the boulder with both hands, and heaved.
"Haaah!!!"
Veins bulged and muscles tensed. Every wound on his body tore open, blood streaming down his body.
The enormous boulder, which he could once have lifted with ease in his prime, was finally overturned after a fierce struggle.
"Go... hurry and go..."
Jinbe panted heavily as he helped the young Fish-Man up, placing his arm over his shoulder.
"Get as far away from here as possible... I'm sorry. This is all my fault!"
