Clear Sky heritage and forging studies

Tang San registers at Shrek Academy before seeking exchange studies at the Blacksmith Association in Suotuo City. His use of the Disorder Splitting Wind Hammer—also called Chaotic Cape—draws Su Ming's attention because the technique had disappeared from the blacksmithing world with the Clear Sky Sect. 231 232

During his assessment in Heavenly Forging City, Tang Long and Tang Hu recognize the hammer technique and confront him over his connection to Tang Hao. Tang Hao intervenes to extract him, but three Titled Douluo cripple Tang Hao and Chen Xin severs his right arm. 232

Tang Hao later obtains Soul Spirit and Spirit Infusion knowledge for Tang San. Though Tang San worries that a Life-attribute third ring would conflict with the poison-oriented path of his first two rings, he ultimately absorbs a thousand-year Blue Silver King as his Third Soul Ring. 234

Afterward, Tang San helps conceal Tang Hao's missing arm with an illusion and physical disguise. He also arranges Spiritual Metal around Ah Yin's Blue Silver Empress body to hasten her recovery. 235 236
