Klein enlisted Alice’s help to confront Sauron Einhorn Medici, interrogate Katrina, and complete his advancement to Sequence 3. After Klein advanced on an island, Alice sensed that the event had drawn attention, and he revealed that his new Potion was already digested.

• Alice warned Klein not to interfere with Adam’s plans, then accompanied him into the Spirit World, where two Hounds of Fulgrim brought him Potion Ingredients.
• Klein arranged to locate Katrina, summoned Sauron Einhorn Medici, and provoked Him by impersonating Amon; Alice shielded Klein and helped interrogate Katrina.

• Alice told Klein she would search the Spirit World for the River of Fate, took back the skin she had left with him, and departed.
• Alice met the Seven Lights, who explained that the River of Fate lay outside the Three Realms but had an entrance somewhere in the Spirit World.
• Red Light, Al Moria, told Alice that the Key of Light had offered up His authority, become the Lord of Mysteries’ avatar, and later had His consciousness scattered.
• Red Light told Alice she was not the Key of Light but was becoming more like Him, and suggested that Fate had guided both of their choices.
• Alice wandered through the Spirit World and tried communicating with its creatures until a silver river appeared and swept her away.
• Alice found the river strangely warm and comforting, then jolted awake in alarm and groped around her surroundings.

Alice discovered that her fate had been inserted into the world after an unknown existence erased the original owner of her body, and she used that insight to clarify her path and fully digest her potion. After retrieving the Soothsayer characteristic and drinking the potion, she returned to her body as a true Soothsayer.

• Alice realized that her fate had been absent from the River of Fate until she stepped into it, and concluded that an unknown existence had inserted her fate into the world.
• Alice retrieved the Soothsayer Beyonder Characteristic from St. Samuel's Church, where Arianna told her that Leonard had requested a mission to Tingen City.
• Alice asked Klein to help obtain Will Auceptin's blood, then used it on the Cassandra characteristic; she stopped Klein from losing control when he saw a deadly false prophecy.

After Klein advanced to Scholar of Yore, Amon forced Will Auceptin to leave the Forsaken Land of the Gods and hunt Alice. Will traveled to Backlund, where Alice learned that Amon had stolen several stages from Will’s life and made him appear as a young man.

• Amon sensed the change at the Castle of Origin, gave Will the choice to hunt Alice or be hunted, and forced him to agree to leave the Forsaken Land of the Gods.
• Will reached Backlund, met Roy King, learned that the School of Life had been devastated, and told him not to make an enemy of the person who took the Dice of Probability.
• Leonard caught a young thief in Tingen, recognized the veiled woman’s monocle, and hurried back to Backlund with the Red Gloves.
• Roy King prayed to Alice from the Church of the Night, but she told him to let her sleep and responded again the next day.
• Alice learned that Will looked to be in his twenties and realized that Amon had stolen several stages from the middle of his life.

Alice questioned Roy King about Will Auceptin, then discussed the Land Abandoned by God, Amon, and her dwindling time with Klein. Klein tried to use Historical Projection to explore his abilities and Castle of Origin, but Alice’s other selves asked him to summon more of them.

• Alice asked Roy King to recount his dealings with Will Auceptin and gave him a Tarot Card so he could report what he learned.
• Alice told Klein that Will Auceptin seemed to be preparing to admit defeat, while Amon had restored Will’s strength by stealing his childhood and adolescence.
• Klein showed Alice the Miracle Invoker Potion Formula, and they discussed opening the palace where Sasrir slept to free the people of the Land Abandoned by God.

• Klein told Alice that praying to The Fool could let his spirit body return briefly to the Castle of Origin, and they discussed missing Beyonder Characteristics and the Goddess.
• At the Tarot Club, World asked Fors to inquire about Worms of Star and Cattleya to gather information about the Wishing Lamp, while Alice asked the members to look for Fate Pathway ingredients and characteristics.

Alice visited Frank Lee to discuss food for Klein’s journey into the Forsaken Land of the Gods, then discussed the City of Silver’s exploration and the True Creator with Klein. After receiving Trissy’s plan to contact Mr. Door, Alice explained how she could help make a Yesterday’s Recurrence charm and revealed that she wanted Will dead for threatening people close to her.

• Alice visited Frank Lee on the Future, urged him to complete his Druid advancement ritual, and considered how Klein could get meals in the Forsaken Land of the Gods.
• Klein told Alice that the City of Silver’s first exploration had revealed the meeting place of Rose Redemption, and they discussed Hela Bergen’s name and the True God’s ability to sense it.
• Klein told Alice that Lovia had prayed to the True Creator, and Alice worried that the True Creator’s unconscious power might endanger the City of Silver.
• Klein gave Alice Trissy’s letter, which said Mr. Door could help them infiltrate George III’s mausoleum and sabotage his ritual if they obtained blood or other remains from an Abraham descendant.
• Alice and Klein discussed whether a cremated Miracle Invoker could revive, then Alice said she could obtain River of Fate water to help make Reinette Tinekerr’s requested charm.
• Alice explained that she had no reason to kill Ouroboros, but wanted Will dead because she had considered him a friend and he had threatened people around her.

Alice gave Reinette Tinekerr a charm to restore her former strength and recruited her to serve the Fool in exchange for watching for materials. A day later, Reinette brought Klein and Alice Frank’s newly developed, dangerous edible Mushrooms, and reported that Frank was no longer afraid of being buried in dirt.

• Alice asked Reinette Tinekerr about her former identity, and Klein explained that she had been the Highland Kingdom’s princess and a leader of the Rose School’s Temperance Faction.
• Alice asked Reinette to have her former allies watch for people collecting specific materials, then invited her to become an Angel under the Fool; Reinette agreed.
• Klein obtained Lawrence’s remains and hair with help from Magician Fors.
• Reinette brought Klein and Alice a bundle of Frank’s mutated Mushrooms, and Klein read Frank’s letter describing the varieties and warning that they had to be cooked.

Later, Alice watched Trissy summon Mr. Door and discovered that the ritual drew the attention of the Fallen Mother God before Mr. Door sensed her presence.

• Alice persuaded Derrick to exchange a Sequence 4 Classical Alchemist Potion with Mr. Fool for the requested compensation.
• Alice warned Alger to stay away from Backlund and explained that Mr. World had reported Amon and Zaratul to the Church of Storms.
• Bernadette brought Alice the Wishing Lamp, where Alice spoke with the sealed Son of Chaos and offered to let him meet God by dying.

• Alice asked Klein to bring food and, if possible, the Scepter of Life and a Cross to a city near the Western Continent’s seal, and Klein agreed while considering whether to rescue people he encountered.

• Klein told Alice that George III would address the nation on Saturday, gathering people in public squares to hear his speech, and they identified it as the Sacrifice Ritual.

Alice left Lovia and the City of Silver with mycelium, then met Klein in the darkness and shared a meal before they drove around the Forsaken Land of the Gods in a Historical Projection sports car. Their outing ended when they crashed into a horde of Monsters, leaving Alice and Klein surrounded.

• Alice cooked mushrooms in the darkness, where Klein found her and joined her for a meal using utensils summoned from a Historical Projection.
