Background / History

In his previous life, Ming Zhen was a businessman and Tang Yunhua's childhood sweetheart. The couple had no children until their first trip together at age fifty; they died saving others during an earthquake's aftershocks. Ming Zhen awakened in Douluo Continent in the body of a boy named Ming Zhen after the original body's Spirit Awakening caused a soul shock. He awakened a scepter Martial Soul with innate Soul Power level eight and believed Yunhua had also been reborn in the same world. 1

Before becoming a Titled Douluo, Ming Zhen and Tang Yunhua trained alongside Tang Tian, Tang Hao, and Ah Yin. Ah Yin's sacrifice for Tang Hao remained an enduring regret for both of them, and Ming Zhen continued searching for Tang Hao after the Clear Sky Sect went into hiding. 3
