Conflicts

Body Sect Feud

Shrek Academy's historical records describe an irreconcilable blood feud with the Body Sect and instruct students to kill Body Sect disciples on sight. Shiyu discovers that this hostility became significantly worse after history changed and Tang San killed Dugu Bo 110.

Following an attack on its competition team, Mu En considers eliminating the Body Sect permanently if its hidden headquarters can be found 149. The Body Sect, however, remains difficult to target because its location has long been concealed 149 150.

Spirit Pagoda Conflict

Shiyu's detention of Shrek Academy students at the Spirit Pagoda escalates into a direct confrontation, with Zhuo Shi and other Shrek representatives arriving to demand their release 215 216. The dispute later intensifies after the deaths of Yun Ming and Spirit Pagoda Tower Master Qian Gu Dongfeng, bringing both organizations close to all-out war 236.

Although neither side commits fully because of the potential losses and outside threats, Shrek Academy and the Tang Sect issue a joint continent-wide arrest warrant for Shiyu 236 241.

Clear Sky Sect and Later Attack

Da Ming and Er Ming lead Clear Sky Sect elders to Shrek Academy to confront Mu En over Shiyu, whom they believe the academy is sheltering 439. Later, Shiyu redirects ten Rank 9 Soul Tool Cannonballs toward Shrek Academy; despite its defenses activating, the resulting explosions destroy half of the academy area 459.

Relationships

• Shiyu — Initially recruited and enrolled because of his pure Space Attribute Martial Soul and Innate Full Soul Power. The academy seeks to retain him as a future guardian, but later clashes with him after his Spirit Pagoda dealings 1 2 150 236.

Shiyu's Recruitment

After Shiyu awakens a Space Attribute Martial Soul with Innate Full Soul Power, Shrek Academy is notified through its Awakening Hall partnership. Song Lingzhen escorts him to Shrek City, where Director Du grants him special admission 1 2.

Historical Changes and the Body Sect

While time-traveling ten thousand years into the past, Shiyu witnesses the Shrek team battle the Imperial Dou team in Soto City 92. Upon returning, he uses the academy's Inner Courtyard library to confirm that altered history has deepened Shrek Academy's feud with the Body Sect 110.

Soul Master Academy Competition

After the academy's main competition team suffers severe losses, Shrek fields a much younger five-person lineup led by Shiyu 151. Despite widespread expectations of failure, the team defeats Tian Ling Academy, Golden Sun Academy, Di Ao Academy, Sun Moon Royal Academy, and other opponents on its path to defending the championship 153 155 174 180 188.

Mu En promises Shiyu the academy's hundred-thousand-year Space Attribute Soul Bone if the team wins, hoping the reward will strengthen his attachment to Shrek Academy 150.

Exchange with Sun Moon Royal Academy

Shrek Academy agrees to an accelerated exchange program with Sun Moon Royal Academy. It offers knowledge related to cultivating Super Douluo-level experts in return for Mingde Hall access and soul-tool resources 337.

Elder Xuan and other high-ranking members accompany Shiyu's group to Mingdu, where Jing Hochen attempts to recruit Shiyu as his disciple 338 340 341.

Escalation with Shiyu

After Shiyu's conflict with the Spirit Pagoda and the deaths of Yun Ming and Qian Gu Dongfeng, Shrek Academy joins the Tang Sect in pursuing him across the continent 236. The academy continues to provide him protection against external threats for a time, including the Clear Sky Sect's search for him 439.

The relationship ultimately collapses into open hostility when Shiyu redirects ten Rank 9 Soul Tool Cannonballs into Shrek Academy, causing catastrophic damage 459.
