Background / History

Yanhuang Hall first becomes publicly prominent when its Hall Master, Huang Tian, reaches the top of the Peerless Prodigy Ranking. Its members celebrate his achievement, while outside figures begin to recognize the Hall as a formidable new power 13.

The Heavenly Dao later names Yanhuang Hall the continent's strongest faction. At that time, its disclosed forces include three Deities and 641 Title Douluo, surpassing Spirit Hall and the continent's established sects and empires 63.

Although Tang Yuehua initially argues that the Hall should establish its reputation through the Advanced Spirit Master Academy Elite Tournament, Huang Tian prefers to remain concealed and preserve the advantage of surprise against possible invaders 66. Liu Erlong later proposes a unified empire under Yanhuang Hall, but Huang Tian rejects open expansion in favor of a peaceful life and refuses to make a future child bear the burden of rulership 88 89.

The Hall nonetheless grows into an active public force. It maintains Asura Valley, patrols the Star Dou Great Forest, cooperates temporarily with Spirit Hall against Wolf Bandits, develops Yanhuang City, establishes Soul Master academies, and plans to distribute the Nine Heavens Profound Technique in phases 128 206 207 217 221 229.

After entering the Immortal-Demon Realm, Huang Tian releases the Hall's members from seclusion, strengthens its guards and equipment, recruits Demonic Beast tribes, and expands its Immortal Estate into the Huang Tian Realm 260 275 297 299. The organization later becomes powerful enough to draw the attention of Buddhism and the Heavenly Court 347.
