Sean saw that Nagini's once robust body had visibly shriveled up, and her dark brown markings drooped down in a wrinkled, deflated manner.

Nagini hissed in pain, frantically trying to move her body, but under Dumbledore's spell, she was completely immobilized.

Her breath grew weaker and weaker, and her snake eyes turned a hazy, pale white.

Sirius immediately pulled out his wand. Dumbledore seemed to have told him the method beforehand. He traced the mark with the tip of his wand, and the seven Runes flashed.

Nagini's rapidly fading vitality was abruptly halted.

Dumbledore nodded, Snape stepped forward and poured the Potions into Nagini's sharp, fang-filled mouth.

Sean involuntarily held his breath.

The Potions seemed to have a life of its own; the pale blue liquid leaped into Nagini's body. Almost instantly, Nagini's previously shriveled snakeskin suddenly swelled up, and her body was no longer smooth, with irregular bumps appearing on various parts of her snakeskin.

As her life force dissipated, Nagini screamed in agony. The hissing sound, originating from a snake, was like a red-hot iron being plunged into cold water, a rapid and incessant murmur emanating from her mouth.

Everyone watched nervously as everything unfolded before them. For the first time, Snape's eyes lost their sinister glint, revealing only eagerness and the expectation he had been hiding.

The bubbles rising from the snakeskin kept appearing and disappearing, and a deep red mist began to slowly seep from Nagini's body. The mist left her body and was immediately gathered by Dumbledore's wand, then placed into a transparent crystal container.

Nagini was still struggling in agony. After the Runes symbols were activated, the spell that Dumbledore had used to suppress Nagini lost its effect. She rolled around frantically, and the bubbles on her snakeskin kept bursting with each movement, but no blood flowed out, only pale snake flesh.

As more and more crimson mist seeped out, Nagini's movements became increasingly sluggish. Finally, it lay on the ground as if dead, its snakeskin reduced to tattered sacks.

Snape looked serious. He took another glass tube, slightly smaller than the previous one, and poured the Potions into Nagini's mouth again.

Nagini struggled painfully once again.

Snape brought out glass tubes that kept getting smaller and smaller, and he poured the potion into Nagini's mouth again and again.

"The Blood Curse is almost broken, but she might not be able to hold on." Snape brought out the Potions one last time, took two small sips with the dropper, and then looked at Dumbledore.

Dumbledore, who had been silent, nodded, and Snape began to press down on Nagini's head, which was struggling in pain, and dripped a few drops of Potions into it with a dropper.

Unexpectedly, as soon as the Potions was dripped in, Nagini mustered her last bit of strength and turned to bite Snape's arm hard.

"Severus!" To Sean's surprise, it was Sirius who called out first.

"Do your own thing!" Snape roared at Sirius.

His brow twitched, and his lips turned pale. Snape withdrew from the range of the magical suppression. Then, with trembling hands, he cast a spell on himself and drank a vial of antidote.

After that, Nagini struggled less and less until she completely lost her strength. She lay on the cold ground, tattered and broken, her snake eyes pale, as if she had completely lost her life.

Sirius continued to output magic, but his expression was extremely unpleasant; he, who always wore a faint smile, tightly pursed his lips.

Sirius glanced at Snape, then at Dumbledore, who hadn't said a word. He wanted to say something, but in the end, he kept his mouth shut.

Dumbledore watched all this quietly, the crystal bottle beside him already filled with deep red mist.

After Nagini finally stopped moving, he seemed to collapse from exhaustion, and even his long white beard trembled a few times.

Snape quickly treated his wounds and then turned his attention back to Nagini. His breathing became more and more rapid, and the light in his eyes grew dimmer.

His greasy long hair jiggled along with his face.

Sean lowered his head, his heart heavy. Had he failed...?

"Hiss..." A very faint sound suddenly rang out in the silent room. Nagini, who had been motionless, flicked his tongue.

Snape immediately shouted, "It's working!"

His hoarse voice was like a leaky bellows.

Before Dumbledore could remind him, he waved his wand, and the clean blood that had been preserved in Snape's office rose into the air and entered Nagini's body, gradually making her withered snakeskin plump up.

"Sean, help her!" Dumbledore shouted.

Sean immediately approached Nagini. As soon as he entered the area drawn by Dumbledore, he felt his body become heavier, but a surge of energy rose up. Correspondingly, his magic subsided. Sean suspected that he couldn't even cast an Lighting Charm here.

A thought flashed through his mind, and he half-squatted down, meeting Nagini's somewhat bewildered eyes.

"Calm down, calm down—" he kept thinking to himself.

Sean was then surprised to find that he could sense two emotions in Nagini's pupils at once.

They were intertwined, seemingly fighting over something.

An emotion of sadness and pain seemed to emanate from the soul of the Nagini humans, intertwined with their wildness, and was simultaneously felt by Sean.

The other emotion carries the wildness and violence of animals.

Sean immediately focused his attention on the wildness, trying to soothe the other party and divert the violence away from it.

He succeeded, just as he had done with the Magical Creatures affected by the Potions; the violence was transferred to Sean's heart.

Whether it was the effect of the Blood Curse or Nagini's special qualities, as soon as the violent emotions shifted, Sean's eyes instantly turned blood red, and the violence he had once felt emanating from within surged into his heart.

Kill... I want to kill them...

"Potions! Wallerup!" Snape's cold voice sounded so melodious for the first time.

With a sliver of consciousness remaining Sean immediately drank the Potions he had been clutching. The cold Potions had no taste, and after it slid down his throat, the bloodshot in Sean's eyes disappeared, and he calmed down instantly.

He felt as if his thinking had slowed down, and his mind had become completely blank.

He unconsciously turned his head, and was reflected in the Mirror of Erised.

In the mirror, the grown-up Sean still had bloodshot eyes, bloodstains on his lips, and a satisfied smile on his face.
