The Destroyed Obscurus
Sean remained completely calm; he was quite experienced in dealing with emotional shocks.
The Potions he had been holding was quickly swallowed; it was Slowing Potion that Lily had prepared.
Hmm? Why does it taste a little sweet?
However, this thought only lasted for a moment before Sean's thinking slowed down.
The instincts of wild beasts are mostly cruel, predatory, and violent. After that emotion rushed into Sean's mind, it slowed down along with his thoughts.
The Obscurus red core flickered rapidly a few times, then the frequency gradually decreased.
Opposite him, Dumbledore's wand moved faster and faster, and when the red light in the Obscurus Core subsided for a long time before flashing again, he swung his wand down forcefully!
The Runes flickered violently, and a faint light suddenly appeared at the tip of Dumbledore's wand. The light was like an extremely sharp sword, and the air around it even began to distort the moment it appeared.
The light touched Obscurus without any hesitation or struggle; the black lines were instantly separated!
Daisy, with her eyes tightly closed, let out a pitiful scream, then collapsed onto the bed and lay motionless.
In the corner, Lily, still treating her husband, burst into tears. Except for the hand gripping her wand, her whole body trembled violently.
But she didn't move to hug her poor daughter; she remembered Dumbledore's words: Leave her to me.
After the black line was severed, the Obscurus to tremble violently, but the dazed Sean continued to stare at it.
Dumbledore released the black thread and then focused intently on Sean and Obscurus.
He finally breathed a sigh of relief only after Obscurus completely calmed down.
"Alastor," he called out.
Moody walked in, wand in hand. He observed for a moment and said in a deep voice, "Albus, this isn't just a separated Obscurus. It has its own thoughts. We can't have Wallerup watching it every day."
Dumbledore glanced at Sean and said softly, "Then, is it possible that it's a completely new Magical Creatures?"
Moody shook his head. "I know that Wallerup has a natural attraction to Magical Creatures, but this guy is different. The dark power that the Obscurus brings will always provide negative emotions to the Blood Curse's wild mind."
He stepped in front of Sean: "If you keep letting Wallerup come into contact with this stuff, he might become the first wizard in the world to subdue Obscurus, but the negative effects will be just like if he uses the Avada Kedavra every day; he will fall."
Dumbledore sighed, "Just as I thought... Well then, Alastor, I'm counting on you."
Moody nodded, used his wand to control the stabilized Obscurus, and walked outside.
"Longbottom, can you still move?"
"Of course, Alastor," came the voices of the Longbottoms down the corridor.
The ball of Obscurus, tossed into the air by Moody, began to tremble again after losing Sean's comforting presence.
However, the three powerful Auror simultaneously raised their wands, and after the dazzling light of the spells faded, Obscurus.
It bulged up from the inside out, starting from the red core.
There were no screams, it exploded Obscurus, and black ash filled the sky.
Dumbledore cast a barrier that blocked the dazzling light and the drifting ashes.
He walked over to Daisy, observed her for a moment, and finally gave Lily a weak smile.
"I have fulfilled my mission..." he said loudly.
"Thank you, thank you..." Lily buried her face in James's chest and wept.
"Darling, why are you crying now..." James opened one eye, raised one hand with difficulty, and patted his wife's back.
Sirius had just run back from the first floor, overheard this. He paused for a moment, then burst into laughter.
In a corner unnoticed by anyone, a speck of ash hid behind Sean. As if drawn by something, it gently pressed itself against Sean's back, slipped into his robe, and vanished without a trace.
"Hmm, the Slowing Potion doesn't feel very good..." Sean felt a burning sensation in his throat, his thoughts refocused, and then he struggled to open his eyes.
"Sean!" He felt himself being hugged tightly immediately.
"Hey Harry, you're almost as strong as Hagrid." Sean chuckled and patted Harry, who was hugging him tightly.
"Thank you so much, Sean!" Harry let go of him, his face beaming with joy.
When Sean woke up, everyone gathered around him. Lily gave him a big hug. The beautiful lady's eyes were still a little red, but she couldn't hide the joy on her face.
After being hugged by a group of people, Sean smiled and looked at the jubilant crowd, "How is Daisy?"
"Oh, it's alright now, she's resting, and we need to celebrate!" Sirius laughed and punched James, who was lying on the sofa.
"Hey buddy, I'm not all better yet." James coughed weakly, but he couldn't hide the smile on his face.
"Haha, sorry, buddy," Sirius was in a great mood. He walked over to Sean and handed him a Butterbeer. "Daisy just needs to keep taking her medication, and she'll be completely fine in a few years!"
Sean took the Butterbeer, took a sip, and then sighed contentedly. He asked curiously, "How often do you take your pills?"
"Once a month, and she never feels weak, which is much better than her Uncle Lupin," Sirius said with a smile.
Sean smiled and nodded; it was certainly best that Daisy was unharmed.
Professor Dumbledore seemed to have left early, and the celebration at the villa lasted all day. Sean did not return to Hogwarts that night, but was instead given a comfortable bedroom.
The next day, Dumbledore came to pick him up. When he left, everyone in the Potter family hugged him tightly, including James, who was still very weak. When Daisy was separated from the Obscurus, he had taken on the aftermath of the Obscurus to protect his daughter.
"Sean! You absolutely have to come visit me this summer!"
"If I have the chance, I will definitely come." Sean turned around and waved with a smile.
Then, he was taken back to Hogwarts by Dumbledore.
"Sean, this is for you. Oh, by the way, Severus wants you to go see him." After returning to the castle, Dumbledore left these words and a small bag before smiling and saying goodbye.
Snape wants to see me? Sean scratched his head in confusion.
He first opened the bag Dumbledore had given him, then his eyes widened.
