Johan drew Crystal Abundance and summoned Ultimate Crystal God - Rainbow Dragon, but Kira used The Fool and Sword A to end the Duel. Rainbow Dragon’s awakening completed Kira’s goal, and Johan’s Life Points fell to zero.

• Johan activated Crystal Abundance, sending four Crystal Beasts from his Spell & Trap Zone to the Graveyard and clearing the Field except for Kira’s unaffected The Fool.
• Johan summoned Ultimate Crystal God - Rainbow Dragon with 4000 ATK after the seven Crystal Beasts united.

Kira learned that Weevil planned to confront them and ordered Daitokuji to capture him alive, leaving Daitokuji protesting that he was only a cat.

• Weevil Underwood questioned the Dark Web manager about the disappearance of Dinosaur Ryuzaki and the item Ryuzaki had sought.
• The manager warned Weevil to avoid Revolver and the Hanoi Knights, while Weevil left determined to confront them.
• After Weevil left, the manager contacted the Hanoi Knights and reported that Weevil Underwood was looking to cause trouble.
• A Hanoi Knight told Kira about Weevil, and Kira asked to speak with Daitokuji.
• Kira told Daitokuji to capture Weevil alive, and Daitokuji protested that he was only a cat.

Weevil Underwood infiltrated a Hanoi Knights vault to search for a card, only to be confronted by the Orange Cat Pharaoh and Daitokuji. Their duel began, and Daitokuji started his first turn by activating a Continuous Spell.

Daitokuji used Alchemy Beasts and traps to block Weevil's Perfectly Ultimate Great Moth evolution and chip away at his Life Points. Weevil was left at 2000 LP, frustrated but still holding a Set card that he believed could break through next turn.

• Daitokuji summoned Alchemy Pot - Chaos Distillation and used Iron Lamp Oil to Special Summon Alchemy Beast - Iron Fire Dragon, which attacked Weevil directly.

The Long Trench Coat Man arrived at Duel Academy on Professor Cobra’s mission and was lured to the Abandoned Dorm by Alice, who staged a ghost story to challenge him. Kira intervened, saying the man was beyond Alice’s ability and that he would handle him himself.

• The Long Trench Coat Man recalled Professor Cobra’s warning to avoid drawing attention or challenging the Duel King, though he wanted to face the king and take his Rare Cards.
• Lost in Duel Academy’s dark forest, the Long Trench Coat Man met a pale, expressionless girl who offered to lead him to the Teaching Building.
• The girl led him to the Abandoned Dorm, where she appeared to rise from a Transparent Coffin and revealed a story about a dead girl who challenged lost Duelists.
• The Long Trench Coat Man realized that both the girl behind him and the figure from the coffin were the same person, and she raised her Duel Disk to challenge him.
• Kira lifted Alice out of reach and explained that the Long Trench Coat Man was not someone she could handle, then said he would take over.

Kira faced Masumi Momono, the former Card Shop Destroyer, in a Duel at Duel Academy. Masumi chose a Deck without knowing Kira’s strategy, and the chapter ended as he activated Heavenly Court after summoning Cotton Ball.

• Kira recognized Masumi Momono as the former Card Shop Destroyer, and Masumi challenged him to a Duel.
• Masumi chose his familiar Deck and set a monster and a card before ending his turn.

Kira turned Masumi Momono’s opening attack aside, then gave him Volcanic Queen while locking the Field with Level Limit - Area B. Masumi used Volcanic Queen’s effect, only for Kira to reflect the damage back at him and leave him at 3000 Life Points.

• Kira activated Parting Ways to end Masumi Momono’s Battle Phase and drew two cards with Card of Compensation.
• Kira used Graceful Charity, then Tributed Masumi’s Turadin to Special Summon Volcanic Queen onto Masumi’s Field.
• Kira activated Level Limit - Area B and set three cards, forcing the high-Level monsters into Defense Position.
• Masumi sent Heavenly Court to the Graveyard to activate Volcanic Queen’s effect and deal 1000 damage to Kira.
• Kira activated Natural Reflection, reflecting the damage back at Masumi and reducing his Life Points from 4000 to 3000.

Masumi Momono broke Kira’s attack restriction and revived Turadin to strike, but Kira stopped the Battle Phase and searched his Deck for Lava Golem. The duel continued with Masumi’s attack thwarted and Kira preparing another threat.

• Masumi destroyed Kira’s Level Limit - Area B with Mystical Space Typhoon, changed Volcanic Queen and Sky Knight - Parsius to Attack Position, and paid 800 Life Points to revive Turadin with Premature Burial.
• Masumi sent Turadin to attack directly, but Kira activated Limit Reverse to revive Demonic Dog - Eight Ghost Dogs from his Graveyard.
• Kira activated Forced Termination and sent Demonic Dog - Eight Ghost Dogs to the Graveyard to end the Battle Phase, stopping Turadin’s attack.
• Kira used Demonic Dog - Eight Ghost Dogs’ effect to add Lava Golem from his Deck to his hand, while Masumi realized what Kira was planning.

Kira trapped Masumi Momono in a duel of burn damage and forced tributes, then defeated him after Masumi destroyed Kira’s defensive Trap and declared an attack. Masumi’s Life Points fell to zero, leaving Kira victorious.

• Masumi sent Sky Knight - Parsius to the Graveyard rather than take 1000 damage from Volcanic Queen’s effect.
• Kira used Double Gate to draw cards, then Tributed Volcanic Queen and Turadin to summon Lava Golem and retrieved Volcanic Queen with Monster Reincarnation.

Kira assigned Aster Phoenix to investigate a Descending Sect gathering while Daitokuji avoided the job. At the church, a cloaked Aster and Destiny HERO - Malicious Kid attacked the gathered believers and were exposed by Holy Guidance Knight - Ishuzak.

• Kira said a reliable acquaintance competing nearby could investigate the sect, and Daitokuji agreed to rest.

Aster Phoenix challenged Bishop and used Destiny HERO effects to summon Dogma, whose ability halved Bishop’s Life Points. Bishop responded by activating Black Core to banish Dogma.

• Aster identified Bishop as the leader and challenged him to a Duel, saying he needed to finish quickly.
• Bishop began with a face-down monster and activated Swords of Revealing Light to prevent Aster’s monsters from attacking.
• Aster used Destiny Draw, Pot of Greed, D - Spirit, and Over Destiny to summon Devil Guy, then brought out Malicious and Tributed three monsters to summon Dogma.

• At the start of Bishop’s turn, Dogma’s effect halved Bishop’s Life Points from 4000 to 2000.
• Bishop activated Black Core, discarded a card, and targeted Dogma to banish it.

Aster countered Bishop’s banishment strategy, restored Destiny HERO - Dogma, and used Destiny HERO - Dunker to burn Bishop’s Life Points. Bishop worried that Aster would defeat him before Swords of Revealing Light expired.

• Bishop banished Destiny HERO - Dogma with Black Core, then used Zeta Reticulant’s effects to summon an Extraterrestrial Life Token and Zeta Reticulant.
• Bishop Flip Summoned Death Camel to draw a card, but Aster equipped Destiny HERO - Dreadmaster with D-Shield, preventing it from being destroyed by battle.
• Aster used Diamond Dude’s effect to activate Card of Adversity and draw two cards, then returned Dogma from banishment with Burial from a Different Dimension.

Aster Phoenix reported to Kira that the cult seeking the mysterious Spirit wanted it to locate a hidden place in the Spirit World and lift their god’s seal. Aster also learned his father was stable after KaibaCorp and Daitokuji helped separate his consciousness from Destiny HERO - Plasma, and he planned to develop Destiny HERO further.

• Aster Phoenix called Kira from his car on the way to the airport and explained that a bishop knew the cult sought the Spirit for its connection to a hidden location in the Spirit World.
• Kira asked the floating eye whether it remembered the hidden place, then joked that he could sell it to the people searching for it.
• Kira told Aster Phoenix that his father was stable at KaibaCorp but was unlikely to return to normal, and Aster thanked him for making it possible to speak with his father again.
• Kira recalled how Daitokuji, KaibaCorp, and a card-printing factory separated Aster's Father's consciousness from Destiny HERO - Plasma and placed it in a temporary mechanical vessel.

Kira reflected on Aster’s Destiny HERO Deck and prepared for Professor Cobra’s arrival at Duel Academy. In a dark laboratory, Cobra reaffirmed his plan to bring his dead son Rick back, even if that meant opposing the Duel King.

• A golden eye in a vessel urged Cobra to keep his plan unchanged, showing him an image of Rick and reminding him why he sought the spirit’s power.
