History

Transmigration and Spirit Hall upbringing

Ye Tianxing arrived on the Douluo Continent after transmigrating from Earth, awakening in the body of a six-year-old boy. A Spirit Hall deacon discovered his Innate Full Spirit Power and brought him into Spirit Hall’s elite class. 1

He initially presented only the Withered Wood Bow, concealing the Azure Dragon Sword he had brought from his previous life. His second Martial Soul was an artifact acquired in the game Dreaming Journey to the West 3: Havoc in Heaven, where it had metal and wood attributes and enhanced attack power. 4 5

Under Spirit Hall, Ye Tianxing trained with the dangerous Heavenly Thunder Tempering Body technique, repeatedly drawing lightning into himself and his bow to strengthen both body and weapon. 15 He hunted the Gale Two-Headed Wolf for his first Spirit Ring, then killed the nine-hundred-and-ninety-nine-year Dark Gold Dreadclaw Bear with bow techniques and the Azure Dragon Sword. Lightning transformed the bear’s ring into a thousand-year ring during absorption. 4 16

The bear also left him with its right-claw External Soul Bone, which fused completely with his right hand and contributed to his rise to level 23. 17

Travels under false identities

To avoid the continent-wide attention surrounding Spirit Hall’s newest Twin Martial Soul wielder, Ye Tianxing used Qian Renxue’s Camouflage soul-bone skill. The disguise changed his appearance, concealed both original Martial Souls, and presented the Seven Star Sword as his sole Martial Soul; even Titled Douluo could not see through it. 22 25

As Ye Ping'an, he entered Shrek Academy, defeated Dai Mubai in the entrance test, and used the academy as a place to observe Tang San and Tang Hao’s movements. 34 35 40 He later revealed his true identity during Tang Hao and Chen Xin’s attack on the Suotuo City Spirit Hall branch, using the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Grand Formation and his Twin Martial Souls to force both Titled Douluo to retreat. 71 72

Founding the Ye Clan

Ye Tianxing established the Ye Clan outside Sunset Forest under the identity of Ye Ping'an. Dugu Bo became its honorary elder, while the Defense Clan constructed its headquarters. 84 95

The clan’s rapid rise was driven by Immortal Grade Herbs and the Soul Ascension Pill, which Ye Tianxing developed and sold through the Heaven Dou Grand Auction House. Its first thousand pills sold for one hundred Gold Soul Coins each, immediately attracting the Heaven Dou Imperial Family and the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect. 95 101

Although he entered an alliance with Ning Fengzhi, Ye Tianxing continued to conceal that Ye Ping'an and Ye Tianxing were the same person. This deception eventually enabled him to manipulate the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect’s collapse. 101 252

City of Slaughter and continental conflict

After leading Seven Leaf Star Academy to victory in the All-Continent Advanced Spirit Master Elite Tournament, Ye Tianxing entered the City of Slaughter as Ye Ping'an to temper himself. 219 222 He rejected special treatment, fought through the outer city, won three Hell Slaughter Arena matches in one day, and gained the name Ghost Swordsman. 224 226

He ultimately achieved one hundred consecutive victories, survived the Road to Hell, defeated the Darkgold Three-Headed Bat King and Ten Headed Fierce Yang Serpent, and developed the Sword Aura Domain through the fusion of sword qi and accumulated killing intent. 231 234

After returning, Ye Tianxing led three thousand Spirit Masters and five Titled Douluo against the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan. He personally killed Yu Yuanzhen with the Azure Dragon Sword, ordered the clan’s destruction concealed, and framed Yu Xiaogang for the massacre. 236 239

Ascension

The Sky Azure Bull Python and Titan Giant Ape sacrificed themselves to raise Ye Tianxing to Titled Douluo level. He used their remains to complete the Spirit Ring configuration of the Azure Dragon Sword, hunted further powerful Spirit Beasts, and reached level 97.5. 263 264

Ye Tianxing killed the Deep Sea Demonic Whale King, becoming a demigod, then defeated Tang Chen and seized the Asura Demonic Sword. Completing the Fire God, Water God, and Asura God trials transformed his Spirit Bones into divine armor and made him a god with three divine positions. 266
