Background / History

Lin Hanye was rejected by the Blue Lightning Tyrant Sect after Yu Xinglong's death. Sect members blamed his father for failing to protect Yu Xinglong, leaving Lin Hanye isolated until he awakened memories from a previous life and activated the Life Simulation System. The system grants a Simulation Opportunity whenever he absorbs a soul ring, allowing him to obtain rewards through simulations 1.

He left the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Family compound for Shuiyuan Village, his mother's hometown. There he learned that his grandfather had died, but Village Chief Haibodong took him in and helped him enroll at Yelin City's Junior Soul Master Academy through Haier's Martial Soul Certificate 4.

Despite possessing only half-level Innate Soul Power, Lin Hanye used Whale Rubber, relentless exercise, meditation, and unconventional Soul Power control training to advance rapidly. His extensive study of his father's notes, academy materials, and his prior knowledge made him Yelin Academy's foremost authority on martial souls and soul beasts; the nickname “Madman Lin” was gradually replaced by “Master Lin” 6.

His martial soul underwent a major evolution after consuming Ice Rain Dew: his soul power rose to Level 29, his Ice Element martial soul became Extreme Ice, and he awakened the innate Frozen Domain 16. His concern for companions coexists with ruthlessness toward enemies. He provides rare resources to allies such as Liu Erlong and Shao Xin, but personally destroys the Blue Lightning Tyrant Sect's direct descendants in pursuit of revenge 43 170.
