Gu Yue Ling returned home

Just as Gu Yue Ling stopped attacking, the Shi Brothers were about to speak when both suddenly felt their bodies go numb.

The two slumped helplessly to the ground, gasping for breath.

Gu Yue Ling turned toward the announcer beside the arena and said calmly:

"We won."

The somewhat stunned announcer came to his senses, glanced at the Shi Brothers slumped on the ground, and hurriedly announced the result of the match in a loud voice.

An uproar instantly swept through the audience. They did not understand why a fight that had been evenly matched just moments ago, with the Shi Brothers even holding the upper hand, had suddenly left the brothers in this state.

Even the Shi Brothers themselves were rather bewildered. After taking a few seconds to recover on the ground, Shi Mo finally asked Gu Yue Ling:

"H-how did you do that? We clearly blocked your attacks."

The other Shi Mo could not help guessing:

"Could it be that you use poison?"

Their team included a Poison Attribute Soul Master, which was why this was their first guess.

"It wasn't poison. It was Hidden Strength." Gu Yue Ling offered no further explanation and simply turned to leave.

"Hidden Strength?" The Shi Brothers exchanged a glance, both looking utterly confused.

"Yue Ling, what did you mean by Hidden Strength just now? Was it something you gained from our special training?" Ning Rongrong asked curiously as they walked off the fighting platform.

Gu Yue Ling nodded. "It was indeed something I gained from the special training. Before, I only knew how to fight with brute force, but during the training Grandmaster guided, I learned how to transmit force through objects.
