World Will and Fundamental Rules

Civilization Selection

The World Will can decide which civilizations enter Pangu Continent. It favors powerful or promising civilizations, while weak civilizations receive far less protection. Entire nations—and, in rare cases, whole planets—were selected for integration because they were considered potential interstellar pillars. 808 767

Idealistic Power

A Level Four Civilization is defined by its ability to communicate with the World Will and influence its decisions, thereby mobilizing the continent's fundamental power. This can manifest through phenomena such as lightning storms and volcanic eruptions. 529

Pangu's Hand

Pangu's Hand is a World Will-based idealistic weapon created through the efforts of multiple eras. When activated, it manifests as a colossal golden palm capable of immobilizing targets by thickening space and slowing time. 830

History

Origins and Early Eras

After the death of Great God Pangu, his thoughts divided: his benevolent thoughts sank into the world and became its governing rules, while his malevolent thoughts were linked to the origin of Infinite Qi. 811

The First Era lasted billions of years. Civilization emerged only during its later period, leaving little reliable record of the world's earliest life. 677

During the Third Era, Huangtian Great Emperor used the idealistic gravity generated by hundreds of billions of beings to alter Pangu Continent's gravity and avoid a direct world collision. The Yin and Yang Worlds still intersected, however, and the Era Disaster ultimately destroyed the era. 660

The Fourth and Fifth Eras

The Fourth Era's Hebrew Civilization attempted to detach the Northern Territory and use it to alter Pangu Continent's orbit. Its plan failed; the Northern Territory remained connected to the continent, and the world resisted the attempt to remove one of its essential directional components. 596 597

A later account theorized that Pangu Continent cursed the Fourth Era's Mythical Guai to death after its civilization attempted to abandon the world and take the Northern Territory with it. This remains a conjecture attributed to the Crystal Person and other historical sources. 599 598

When Pangu Continent was nearing destruction in the Fifth Era, the Summit Civilization arrived from the Chaos Sea. It introduced the Materialistic Rule, shifted the continent's orbit through a black-hole-based intervention, and began transforming the Moon into a planetary fortress. 661 625

Ninth Era

At the start of the Ninth Era, the Pangu Continent was generated anew and participating civilizations were transferred into Safe Zones across its surface. Earth cities were embedded together with portions of their original crust. 1 24

The Ninth Era saw faster Safe Zone departures and fewer wars than previous eras. Field Industrialization spread across the continent over centuries, improving the production of extraordinary resources and reducing the pressure that drove civilizations into conflict. 786

The continent's immense scale continued to obstruct cooperation. Even an Innate Mythical being would require centuries or millennia to cross it by flight, making spatial tunnels, Mythical items, and inter-civilization networks strategically vital. 675 683

Era Disaster and Survival

Borderless—the protective structure above the Western Continent—became unstable as the Chaos Wind intensified. Its destruction was predicted to accelerate the Era Disaster drastically. 792

When Borderless shattered, meteors and hostile forces from the Beautiful New World entered the conflict. The Beautiful New World ultimately attempted to collide with Pangu Continent, an impact projected to annihilate most life and severely weaken the World Will. 835 843

The final battle ended with the two worlds merging and the Pangu Phantom, representing the will of the masses, attacking the gravely injured [Spirit]. 844 Twenty years later, the Era Disaster was regarded as over, and the Pangu Alliance had been established to continue civilization's development. 585
