Third Hokage — Sarutobi Hiruzen

Hiruzen was regarded as one of Konoha’s strongest Hokage and bore the titles “Ninjutsu Professor” and “God of Ninjutsu.” He had mastered nearly every extant Konoha ninjutsu aside from Kekkei Genkai and specialized secret techniques, and was proficient in all five basic Chakra natures. 55

• Used Earth Style: Earth Flow Great River and Earth Flow Wall to disrupt Sunagakure’s formation. 57
• Created four clones with the forbidden Multiple Shadow Clone Technique, allowing simultaneous Earth, Water, Fire, and Wind Release attacks. 57
