Wormhole Opens!

A pillar of light shot all the way up into the sky, reaching a height of a thousand meters. At the end of the beam, blue ripples formed in the air and slowly spread outward, eventually creating a spatial wormhole nearly a hundred meters wide!

It was as though a huge hole had been torn open in the sky!

On the other side of the wormhole lay boundless darkness with no end in sight. Pairs of purple-glowing eyes lurked within that darkness, and as the wormhole opened, they began to move!

Under everyone's watchful eyes, dark golden figures flew out of the wormhole one after another and raced toward the ground. The Chitauri army they had been waiting for had finally arrived!

The people directly beneath the wormhole all turned to look at Chen Mo, waiting for his orders.

"Tony, you're up first!"

Tony Stark replied excitedly.

"Got it, Dad! Just watch!"

The moment he finished speaking, Tony Stark fired up his engines and shot toward the wormhole overhead. Before long, he met the Chitauri soldiers flying out of it head-on!

Only at close range did the aliens' appearance truly reveal itself before Tony Stark.

The incoming Chitauri soldiers were all encased in dark golden armor, looking like Iron Soldiers. They traveled in groups of three, each group piloting a small alien aircraft resembling a flying car as they dove straight toward the city beneath the wormhole!

Once the distance between them closed, Tony Stark immediately raised both arms and launched Arc Pulse Cannon attacks at the enemies charging toward him.

With J.A.R.V.I.S.'s assistance, every attack accurately struck an aircraft, detonating it and destroying the three Chitauri soldiers aboard along with it.
