The banks of the East Second River naturally became excellent irrigation zones, giving rise to a vast agricultural region and clusters of towns. It thus became a highly valuable economic waterway.

After East Sea Port City flourished, Zenith Civilization further modified the ocean, creating a circular current that flowed south sixty kilometers off the coast and north one hundred and forty kilometers out.

It was precisely these convenient transport conditions that gave rise to the greatest port in the East Sea, the transportation, information, and commercial hub of the entire East Sea region.

As a result, the riots in East Sea Port City spread rapidly. Overnight, a string of cities along the coastline burst into flames, and even the Land of Waves across the sea failed to escape disaster.
