The Prime Minister studied his face and seemed to understand why the wizarding public was willing to trust this new minister rather than the obese Fudge.

As he spoke, Scrimgeour swept his gaze around the office, then drew his wand from his robes and pointed it at the lock and windows. Several soft clicks followed, and the office was completely sealed off from the outside world.
