Early hostility toward Ratio

Spirit Kite Douluo initially regarded Ratio with impatience and suspicion. When Ratio failed to appear for a public presentation, she stepped onto the stage and had Xie Yue demonstrate the Three Elements Fusion Skill to prevent the audience from turning hostile. 34

She remained dismissive of Ratio, urging Shi Nian to challenge him and criticizing Ratio's hooded appearance. Ratio's effortless understanding and optimization of Shi Nian's fusion skill forced her to acknowledge that he possessed genuine ability. 39 40

At Ratio's Experiment Ground, Spirit Kite Douluo objected to the request that soul masters publicly record their martial souls and soul rings. She tried to lead the participants away, but none followed her; she departed after angrily calling the volunteers Ratio's “dogs.” 51 When Demon Bear Douluo later broke through after cooperating with Ratio, she was left shocked by the tangible benefit she had rejected. 53

Reconciliation and experimental work

After witnessing others gain from Ratio's research, Spirit Kite Douluo regretted her conduct and sought an opportunity to apologize. 54 56 She later gave Ratio a formal ninety-degree bow, admitting her poor attitude; Ratio also revealed that he knew she had tampered with laboratory equipment. 71

Her interest developed into determined service. She offered to become Ratio's secretary and was tested on her knowledge of experimental instruments before being required to cooperate in a soul-ring experiment herself. 84 Ratio repeatedly extracted and restored her nine soul rings over the course of a night, using her endurance to complete half of his theory. 85

After competently reporting sponsorship offers for Ratio's Charity Foundation, she was formally appointed as his assistant and secretary. 96 She later signed an employment contract alongside Demon Bear Douluo, despite assuming that she already belonged at Ratio's side. 109

Spirit Kite Douluo assisted in spreading Ratio's Soul Tool work, hosted his second public Soul Tool lecture, and directed prospective buyers to the company for materials. 169 175 During Bi Ji's Heavenly Tribulation, she used Ratio's Anti-Godly Power Cannon to erase the descending tribulation. 168

By the time of the Evil Demon Forest incident, she had ascended to godhood. She defeated the Evil Eye Tyrant, repelled the Sun Moon Empire's forces and allied Evil Soul Masters, and compelled the Evil Eye Tyrant to serve as her mount. 279

Spirit Kite Douluo is repeatedly described as an exceptionally beautiful woman with beautiful eyes and a mature, elegant bearing. In a later appearance, she has short hair and descends surrounded by firelight. 34 83 302

Once Ratio's capabilities became undeniable, her attitude changed completely. She is intensely admiring, openly devoted, and eager to earn his recognition, even declaring that she bears his mark and can no longer be his enemy. 83 89 She later refers to herself as Ratio's woman, despite his lack of explicit acknowledgment. 150

Her devotion has a possessive side. She treats Demon Bear Douluo as a rival for Ratio's favor and initially distrusts Ju Zi largely because of Ju Zi's beauty. 83 109 280 Nevertheless, she can recognize competence: after Ju Zi proves indispensable to the Return Journey project, Spirit Kite Douluo becomes openly warm and appreciative toward her. 288
