Bi Ji arrived in Spirit City alongside Zi Ji to find Di Tian and Saint Teacher Ratio. Unlike Zi Ji's aggressive demeanor, Bi Ji was gentle, hesitant, and embarrassed by the embellished portraits of Ratio being sold in the city. 98

After Zi Ji injured Bibi Dong and several others during the disturbance in Spirit City, Bi Ji immediately used green radiance to stabilize and heal them. Di Tian subsequently ordered Bi Ji to remain in Spirit City with Zi Ji, trusting her to restrain the more impulsive dragon. 107 109

Bi Ji became an intermediary between Ratio and the Soul Beasts living in Spirit City. She reported that more than one hundred Soul Beasts had successfully produced and transferred their own soul rings to Soul Masters, then assisted Ratio when he taught ten-thousand-year Soul Beasts a temporary transformation method.
