Arc 1The Dragon’s First War

Sordil was reborn as a dragon in the past, grew powerful through magic study and battles, and led Fostadu against Koreita’s forces. He moved the city toward Ishgar and approached Belmod to offer an alliance against Queen Donagunov Irene.

  • Xiao Rang died when his gaming helmet exploded, then awoke as a dragon in a seven-colored egg and chose Radel to raise him.
  • Sordil studied at Mildian Magic Academy with Zeref, awakened Time and Space Magic, and developed Wind Chant to accelerate his reading.

Arc 2The Road to Tsuyioru Xiu

Sordil moved his companions from Fostadu toward Tsuyioru Xiu, rescued Kaldiz, and formed a contract with the Spirit King while teaching Anna Spirit Magic. After freeing the dragons imprisoned in Fostadu, he traveled onward with his group and uncovered a plot involving Duke Gould Lanlos.

  • Sordil settled his dragons in the Cuyis Tree Sea, then left for Mildian Magic Academy and found that Ankhseram’s curse had killed everyone there except Zeref.
  • Sordil stored the academy library, found the wounded Kaldiz, and entered the Spirit World, where he passed the Spirit King’s test and named him Stall Rone Orne.
  • Sordil returned to Asland and met Anna near Hargeon Port, then gave her celestial keys and taught her Spirit Magic.
  • Sordil brought Kaldiz and Anna into Fostadu, outmaneuvered the soldiers sent to isolate the dragons, and kept four prisoners confined while Mevajena carried out killings at his command.
  • Sordil freed Mevajena, Fordisg, and the other prisoners, then left Fostadu with his companions for the Kingdom of Tsuyioru Xiu.

Arc 3The Commander’s New Orders

Sordil secured command of the Bell Dragon Rider Regiment, rebuilt it by force, and gained wealth by defeating a bandit stronghold. After helping Fostadu sign an alliance with Donagunov, he raced to meet an urgent recall and the approaching engagement ceremony for Gould and Diphiya.

  • Sordil forced Phile to hand over intelligence and hidden savings, then compelled Duke Gould Lanlos to sign a Soul Contract and introduce him to King Belmod.
  • Sordil posed as Oddek, impressed Belmod with his magic, and was appointed commander of the Bell Dragon Rider Regiment and a major general staff officer.
  • Sordil disciplined the regiment, executed soldiers who skipped assembly, reorganized its companies, and led the troops against nearby bandits.
  • Sordil defeated Heradi Sinshershetlie, took the stronghold’s wealth, and made Heradi captain of a new company.
  • Sordil flew to meet Diphiya and Kaldiz, learned that Queen Irene required his presence to sign Fostadu’s alliance treaty, and was injured after Diphiya struck him.

Arc 4The Western War Mobilization

Sordil returned to Ishgar with news that the Western dragons would invade in six months, then took command of the Western Border Army and began reorganizing it through tournaments. The arc left the army competing for positions as Heradi challenged Oddek.

  • Sordil defeated Langu in a duel, and Belmod assigned Langu and two divisions to the Cuyis Tree Sea while Oddek took command of the remaining Western Border Army.
  • Sordil arrived in West City, killed officers who opposed his authority, and appointed new division and brigade commanders.
  • Belserion and Acnologia told Irene that the Western dragons had formed a kingdom and planned to invade Ishgar in half a year.
  • Sordil warned Irene, escaped Belserion and Acnologia, and returned to Fostadu to organize preparations for war with Donagunov.
  • Yeruzisi reported Fostadu’s alliance and plans to eliminate the Oddek siblings to Belmod, who fell seriously ill after receiving the intelligence.
