Lockhart returned to Slytherin Castle.
Luke and Ingo warmly received Lockhart.

"Please take me with you, young master," the former novelist said gravely. "I want to witness the sky of magic."
"With you guarding the Ministry of Magic, I can rest easy," Moriarty explained. "We do not know whether Gamp will attack the Ministry of Magic. You must remain there."
Naturally, Lockhart would not disobey Moriarty's orders. He decisively contacted his colleagues at the European Ministries of Magic.
Incidentally, Madame Maxime had become the French Ministry of Magic's Minister.
"But..." Lockhart hesitated. "Young master, could Light go to Hogwarts? That thing is still at the school."
