Light remained silent for a long while. Just as Gamp turned to leave, Light tilted his head and said, "Why are you so impetuous, Minister?"
Gamp was so furious he nearly kicked Light in the backside.

"Light!" Gamp's fat face swiftly reddened. "Let's be direct. We're in grave danger! If we don't do something, do you want us to die together?"
"Completely wrong!" Light declared loudly. "We are perfectly safe! We will not die, never! We are immortal!"
Light's calm and resolute attitude affected Gamp.
Gamp hesitated. Could it be that Light still had some unknown trump card or ultimate move?
After all, Gamp had exhausted all his own cards. He was no longer the powerful and mysterious BOSS of the Immortality Organization.
