Martial Souls and Combat Methods
Beast and Weapon Martial Souls
Beast Soul Masters gain powerful bodies and generally hold an advantage over Weapon Soul Masters before reaching Soul Sage. That advantage diminishes against exceptionally powerful weapons capable of piercing or overpowering their enhanced physiques 205.
Weapon Soul Masters can normally continue using humanoid battle armor while employing their Martial Soul Avatars. Beast Soul Masters often cannot use ordinary humanoid armor in full beast form and may instead rely on Avatar Possession to remain humanoid 264.
Self-Created Skills
