Background / History

Chen An begins as a transmigrator living in Baiye City with his younger sister, Chen Yan. Believing himself unable to awaken either a Martial Soul or Soul Power, he accepts a peaceful future outside the path of Soul Masters. Chen Yan's awakening of Innate Full Soul Power prompts him to question their family circumstances, but he remains focused on protecting and caring for her 1.

His circumstances change when he awakens the Creation Holy Tree, a unique Martial Soul with ten branches and Fruits capable of nurturing distinct powers. The first Fruit grants him the Death God Dragon Bloodline and allows his first dragon transformation, though the Fruit's energy is quickly exhausted 10.

At Sun Moon Royal Academy, Chen An develops as both a combatant and craftsman. His early defeats, particularly against Gu Yue Na, make him aware of his lack of experience; he responds by repeatedly reviewing his mistakes and seeking sparring partners rather than relying solely on his abnormal power 26.
