Arc 41Rain Country Rebuilt

Torikaze helped Nagato clear the Rain Country’s skies and rebuild it, while Akatsuki guarded the country from spies and invaders. As reconstruction advanced, Fugaku sought Torikaze’s help against the Uchiha Elders’ rebellion, and Itachi learned of a possible future in which he killed his parents.

  • Torikaze offered Nagato funding, workers, and technicians to develop the Rain Country in exchange for access to Konoha’s appliances, a nonaggression promise, and a share of future aquatic-product profits.

Arc 42The Rain Country Alliance

Torikaze stopped the allied invasion of the Rain Country and compelled the attacking leaders to withdraw. He then helped Sunagakure develop its forests and opened a path for Rōsha to seek further aid in Another World.

  • Torikaze exposed the Uchiha Elders’ plot against Minato Namikaze, and Uchiha Fugaku sided with him as he crystallized the rebels and absorbed them.
  • Torikaze visited the Rain Country, where Nagato reported its recovery, while Rōsha, Ōnoki, and the Raikage planned to invade and divide its territory.

The stretch ended with Nagato returning to Amegakure with fish fry to begin the farming program and Jiraiya settling in for a visit with Tsunade’s family.

  • Torikaze delivered three hundred thousand trees to Sunagakure and brought torrential rain that helped them flourish, while Rōsha paid him and focused on developing the village.
