Arc 13Torikaze Takes the Hat

Torikaze succeeded Tobirama as the Third Hokage, then used a Replicator to launch Amado’s phones and Naruto mobile game across Konoha. As players explored the game and competed in its Arena, Torikaze watched Minato win a Combat Training match at the Ninja Academy.

  • Torikaze accepted the Hokage succession, and Tobirama declared him the Third Hokage at a ceremony attended by cheering villagers.
  • Torikaze released the Cloud Palace to protect Konoha and took his place in the Hokage’s office, while Ashina’s changed behavior and grief over his eighth uncle’s death worried the family.
  • Torikaze bought a Replicator and worked with Amado to produce phones, then arranged for Clones to operate it and for Amado to sell the devices.

Arc 14Madara and the Masked Attacks

Torikaze exposed Madara Uchiha’s attempt to infiltrate Konoha and reunited Kushina with Ashina, while Minato graduated and began learning Flying Thunder God. As Sunagakure and Iwagakure came under attack by mysterious masked men, Torikaze prepared Konoha for a possible assault.

  • Torikaze exposed the impostor Ashina as a White Zetsu and fought Madara Uchiha, who escaped with Izanagi after their battle devastated the forest.
  • Torikaze told Hashirama and Kagami that Madara had attacked Konoha, concealed his survival from the villagers, and later welcomed the real Ashina back to Kushina.

Arc 15The Road to War

Torikaze uncovered Hanzo’s use of Red Fruits to strengthen Amegakure’s fighters, secured an alliance with Sunagakure and Iwagakure, and prepared Konoha for war. As the Second Great Ninja War began, he urged Minato to remember what he was fighting for and arranged for Amado to protect him and prepare weapons.

  • Torikaze and Konoha’s clan heads defeated and captured all twelve Kage-level attackers, but most prisoners later burned to ash through a mysterious power.
  • Torikaze and the villagers celebrated Konoha’s victory with a bonfire carnival, which he and Chisato named the annual Carnival Festival.
  • Torikaze had Yamanaka En extract the surviving Amegakure leader’s memories and learned that Hanzo had used Red Fruits made from captured children to empower his fighters.

Arc 16The Rain Country War

  • Torikaze led Konoha’s forces into the Rain Country, uncovered Kusa’s secret support for Hanzo, and pursued Amegakure through the rain.
  • Konoha defeated Amegakure’s army, while Ōnoki fought off its forces and Hanzo prepared to face Torikaze.
