• Torikaze and Chisato celebrated their marriage with family, then Torikaze dismantled Cloud Palace and restored sunlight to Konoha.
• Torikaze made trade agreements with the Land of Iron, Kirigakure, Iwagakure, and Sunagakure, securing resources and orders for electrical equipment.
• Torikaze warned Ashina about the Land of Whirlpools’ overcharging of Kirigakure, and Ashina agreed to clarify Konoha’s stance to his sons.
• Torikaze gave Chisato a Space Ring and arranged a fireworks display across Konoha, which she watched with him from Hokage Rock Faces.
• The visiting Kage agreed to buy fireworks, and Torikaze encouraged Tsunade and Dan Katō as they planned their wedding.

Torikaze prepared Konoha’s first Spring Festival, sharing new tools and abilities with his family and arranging a tournament for young shinobi from several lands. As the festival approached, Yahiko and Scorpion tested one another in a spar, and Yahiko won through a carefully concealed trick.

• Five years after the Kage departed, Torikaze began planning a Spring Festival, and Minato demonstrated his improved Flying Thunder God technique.
• Torikaze introduced Spring Festival customs to Konoha, distributed Spring Couplets, and used the System Shop to give Yahiko, Konan, Minato, Chisato, and Hogen new resources and tools.
• Torikaze announced the festival and welcomed Ōnoki, the Kazekage, Mifune, and Scorpion to Konoha.
• Torikaze arranged a New Year tournament for young shinobi aged ten to fourteen, and clans and villages selected their contestants.

Torikaze oversaw new inventions, rewarded Dan with a Bloodline Fruit, and prepared Konoha for Spring Festival by warning the villagers about the Nian Beast. The arc ended with the village celebrating beneath its lanterns as Torikaze’s plan for the supposed attack was ready.
