Background / History

Mobius was a renowned biologist researching biological evolution. After scientists failed to verify the Honkai Impact 3rd videos, she left the authentication conference convinced that fragments from her dreams were real and ordered her laboratory to begin a previously proposed investigation. 16

Within the memories of the Previous Civilization, she was a Fusion Warrior designated CM-003 and the creator of the Fusion Warrior project. Elysia describes them as partners who fought Honkai together despite disagreements in their respective positions. Mobius also survived the tragedy of Constraint and later remained as an Elysian being. 265

Memory scenes show Mobius first encountering Ye Li amid ruins, then bringing him into Fire Moth. She later witnessed his rapid promotion to Special Operations Captain after his combat achievements. 313 In a later vision, she refused Ye Li's invitation to abandon their collapsing world and flee with him. 314
