Qing Yuzi was a direct disciple of the Purple Moon Mansion Lord and held a high position within her lineage. His family died before he reached the second Source Origin Realm, and he left no descendants; Qing Yu World Star therefore remained under his name during his long disappearance. 377

Together with Pu Ta and Su Xianzi, Qing Yuzi became stranded in the Profound Yellow World after the Xia Dynasty ascended. The three established the Yu Dynasty and attempted to create an artificial Spiritual Qi resurgence, hoping to open an ascension path. Their effort failed against the world's unbreakable rules and the obstacles of the Southern Wilderness and Returning Ruins. 335 341

Before his eventual fall, Qing Yuzi prepared an extensive legacy for later cultivators. His Establish Dao Dharma Body recorded his history, warned successors about the Profound Yellow World, and requested that his remains be returned to the Purple God Mansion. 335 341
