Realm Characteristics

• The Embrace Dan Realm is attained when a Vitality Realm warrior’s Vital Energy undergoes a qualitative transformation into Origin Qi. This transition marks a warrior’s true entry into the martial path. 82 534
• Reaching the realm substantially increases lifespan and gives warriors greater power to protect themselves from Weirdness; by contrast, the Vitality Realm adds only about twenty years of lifespan. 71
• The realm has nine layers. A warrior may integrate one Divine Ability into their current layer upon each advancement. 71
• A breakthrough requires more than a cultivation method: a Divine Ability must be integrated into the body for that ability to display its true power. 71

• Warriors of similar layers generally struggle to kill one another because Origin Qi can heal injuries. 107
• Common methods of defeating an Embrace Dan Realm opponent include exhausting their Origin Qi or attacking continuously so they cannot heal. 107
• A major layer gap can enable an instant kill; a Fourth Layer warrior can generally kill a First- to Third-Layer opponent outright. 107
• Even ordinary Embrace Dan Realm warriors can be overwhelmed when their Origin Qi is exhausted, as demonstrated during the battle against the mountain-sized Demon. 162

The Embrace Dan Realm and Condense Dan Realm form a connected stage of cultivation: accumulation and Divine Ability integration in the former determine the strength of the breakthrough into the latter. 534 538
