White Jade Capital first became known in Xing Kingdom when Azure Dragon, claiming the title of Lord of Yimu Palace, intervened in the struggle for the King Lingzhi Grass at Dongyun Ridge. He killed Blood Hand Butcher Li Hongyu with Yimu Divine Lightning, forced Daxing Mountain’s Yuwen Feng and Ice Extreme Palace’s Leng Hanyan to surrender the spiritual item, and declared that it had a connection to White Jade Capital 231 232.

For the following decade, its masked Five Palace Lords repeatedly seized demon-transforming spiritual items from Daxing Mountain and openly challenged both the sect and Xing Kingdom’s authorities. Daxing Mountain labeled the organization demonic robber cultivators, but its Golden Core elders were repeatedly defeated and forced into a defensive position 232.

Its true foundation was built by Xu Yang while acting through Li Suhong. He established the framework of White Jade Capital, gathered Five Elements spiritual resources, recruited and taught followers, and used the organization to contend with Corpse Decomposition Immortal sects for demon-transforming items 234.
