Judgment, Stila Gerrera, and the Republic became entangled in Onderon’s brutal struggle, which ended with the Republic winning the campaign but preparing harsh sanctions. The story then shifted to new alliances, Sith experiments, Hutt conflict, and Arden Lyn’s recovery as threats spread across the galaxy.

• Judgment attacked Yolarn Plaza and fought Anakin Skywalker, while the Dream Sisters trapped Stila Gerrera and her warriors in deadly illusions.
• Ramses Dundrup reclaimed Onderon’s throne as Republic forces continued fighting the Separatists and clashing with the Royal Guard.
• Stila scattered Sola Gerrera’s ashes and chose an independent path, while Judgment left Onderon and the Fourth Legion launched a surprise assault on Republic forces.
• General Kalani’s counterattack devastated Republic troops, and Zhang Jiarui used the Thor Mech’s Extractor cannon to destroy ships and transports before Anakin and Ahsoka captured him.
• Tarkin declared victory and planned sanctions against Onderon, while Judgment promised to help Stila and departed in disguise.
• Jango Fett met Doctor Halsey, rejected ruling Mandalore in exchange for Spartan augmentations, and asked to see Boba Fett.

The Republic descended into martial law as Darth Sidious’s identity came to light, while Darth Malthael pursued a ritual on Korriban. The arc left Darth Malthael deep in the Valley of the Dark Lords, physically ruined and facing Marka Ragnos’s warning that he would die there.

• Jing Fang left with Arden Lyn to learn her combat skills, while Zhang Xucheng and Xiao Yan learned that the Republic had captured Zhang Jiarui and set out to rescue him.
• Palpatine secured Senate support for a new Spaarti clone army, while Pre Vizsla’s Death Watch seized control of Mandalore with Republic backing.
• Yoda expelled Windu as the Jedi Order fractured, and Ahsoka Tano left the Order after Anakin exposed Barriss Offee’s attack on the Jedi Temple.
• Jax Pavan decoded Lorn Pavan’s recording and brought evidence implicating Palpatine to Yoda, who confronted Palpatine and learned he was Darth Sidious.
• Shaak Ti tried to evacuate the Jedi from Coruscant, but Palpatine’s forces imposed martial law and blocked their departure.
• Gillard Perine led the battered Republic fleet past a black hole, while Anakin confronted Sidious and heard his account of Darth Pregas, Archangel of Death, and Anakin’s mother.
• Zhang Jiarui secretly placed General Kalani’s chip in an engineering robot, while Adele Ulan discovered that Tang Xiao had machinery beneath his skin.
• Darth Malthael entered the Valley of the Dark Lords and overcame the ancient Sith spirits in the Force, but reappeared as a shriveled corpse as Marka Ragnos warned that he would die there.

Darth Malthael conquered Korriban’s Sith spirits while the Jedi Order broke with Palpatine’s Republic and conflict spread across the galaxy. On Kuat, Judgment’s Rakghoul outbreak gave Zhang Jiarui’s allies a chance to rescue him, and the group escaped aboard the unfinished Eclipse as the Kuat Defense Fleet pursued them.

• Darth Malthael forged Soul Stealer with the captured Sith spirits, defeated Marka Ragnos, and ordered Darth Lilim to grow stronger after killing her.
• Shaak Ti denounced Sheev Palpatine in the Senate and announced the Jedi Order’s withdrawal, while Palpatine ordered the Jedi Temple searched and confined.
• Mace Windu’s forces learned Palpatine was Darth Sidious, and Admiral Sefrans Tann attacked a Republic fleet near Prolo II.
• Tang Xiao learned of Palpatine’s assassination and Sefrans Tann’s campaign, while Zhang Jiarui pretended to test the Thor Mech as General Kalani’s allies prepared to rescue him.
• Judgment unleashed a Rakghoul plague across Kuat’s Industrial Ring, and Shen Yuanhao’s group headed for the Education and Training Center as Karina fought Kuat soldiers and Blackhole.
• The Priestess and Judgment helped the rescue team defeat Blackhole and recover Zhang Jiarui, while Codename 007 disrupted Kuat’s command and opened District 7’s hatch.
• The Priestess flew the Lancer through Kuat’s defenses with Zhang Jiarui and Zhang Xucheng aboard, and Kryster found a way into the unfinished Eclipse.
• The Lancer entered the Eclipse as the Kuat Defense Fleet stopped firing and sent assault transports after the fugitives.

After escaping Quat Planet, Darth Malthael’s rise and Palpatine’s political maneuvers culminated in Order 66, which turned the Republic against the Jedi and drove Anakin to attack the Temple. The arc ended with Darth Malthael using Shmi to confront Anakin, who rejected submission as the two prepared to fight.

• Kryster wrecked the shipyard with the Eclipse-class prototype while Cun Te, the Priestess, and Judgment sabotaged it, then the Lancer escaped into hyperspace just before the fleet destroyed the prototype.
• Lila Blythex steered Kuat Drive Yards toward the Executor-class project, which Palpatine approved as a weapon against Xuanwu and a symbol of fear.
• Darth Malthael broke Edra Kestis’s resistance and named her Darth Lilim, while Anakin began suffering visions of death and destruction.
• Padmé warned Anakin that Palpatine had undermined the Jedi politically, but Palpatine presented the Senate with evidence against Yoda and the Jedi’s secret Clone Army authorization.
• Palpatine forced Anakin to choose between the Jedi and the Republic, and Anakin activated Order 66 as clone forces attacked Jedi across the galaxy.
• Palpatine ordered the Jedi’s execution without Senate approval, and Anakin led the assault on the Jedi Temple while Padmé and other senators sought to challenge Order 66.
• Darth Malthael returned to Naboo, revived Shmi in a vacant state, and told Anakin that her life was an obstacle to him.
• Anakin attacked Darth Malthael after learning Shmi was his slave, rejected his demand to submit, and vowed to become stronger as Darth Malthael charged with the Soul Reaver.
