As the Republic struck Fourth Civilization projects on Aereen and Krant, Depa Barris led a campaign on Haruun Kal and Darth Malthael confronted the visions and questions surrounding his power. The arc left Tang Xiao investigating the breach and preparing to intervene in Hutt affairs, while Malthael set rescue and diplomatic missions in motion.

• Wilhuff Tarkin tightened his defenses and pursued the assault on Suluust, while Gabriel Tosh used enchanted dolls to coerce Lugus into helping him infiltrate Tarkin’s administrative center.
• Tosh’s assassination attempt wounded Tarkin, but Jedi intervention thwarted him, and Salarian special forces rescued Super Lotus as Tosh escaped.
• Darth Malthael transferred Darth Tenebrus into a Bith body, and the revived Sith took the name Ssegur Emon.
• Shen-Jon recruited stranded Clone Troopers on Mimban, then attacked Aereen Planet and Krant Planet, destroying the Extractor base and killing its personnel.
• Depa Barris joined the Korunnai on Haruun Kal, fought the Balawai, and planned an infiltration of their capital after witnessing the destruction of a settlement.
• On Dagobah, Darth Malthael faced visions of Darth Pregas and Tang Xiao, recognized that he had to understand the Force rather than overpower it, and emerged with new questions.
• Tang Xiao returned to Nal Hutta, learned that Republic forces had exposed and attacked the Extractor project, and demanded to know how the secret had leaked.
• Darth Malthael punished Francis Underwood, assigned Mira Han to rescue Zorba Desilijic Tiur, and ordered Big Boss to accompany him to Kessel as he prepared to speak with Hutt Ziro.

Darth Malthael manipulated the Hutt clans and the Trade Federation while the Fourth Civilization expanded its campaigns. The Republic suffered catastrophic defeats on Jabiim, and Plague attacked the Republic fleet at Kato Neimoidia as Darth Malthael pressed Nute Gunray to cooperate.

• Tang Xiao’s forces invaded Kessel to find the intelligence leaker, and Darth Malthael forced Casal Fogg to choose half the population for execution.
• Darth Malthael confronted Pruul Baren over stolen Extractor Project funds, then recruited Ziro to reclaim power in the Desilijic kajidic.
• Ziro and Zorba allied against Giliac, while Titan Security’s attacks on Besadi holdings ignited a feud between the Hutt clans.
• Tang Xiao’s agent Gabriel Tosh poisoned Alok, and Zorba reclaimed the Desilijic patriarch’s seat as Darth Malthael ordered Gaddula to fight the Calamity Legion.
• General Grievous advanced across the Outer Rim, and Alto Stratus’s Jabiimi Nationalists, aided by the Separatists, inflicted devastating losses on Republic forces.
• Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi arrived on Jabiim after Alto’s forces wiped out Nokuna’s eight thousand Clone Troopers and severely weakened Selius’s army.
• Plague destroyed the Republic flagship Golden Light at Kato Neimoidia, killing Admiral Rivers and all 43,000 people aboard.

Tang Xiao manipulated Nute Gunray and Count Dooku while the Fourth Civilization launched its costly invasion of Terminus Planet. As Darth Malthael pursued new Dark Followers, his forces fought their way through Republic defenses and prepared to attack Hill 1103.

• Tang Xiao revealed his knowledge of Darth Sidious’s identity to Nute Gunray, who shut down the droids on his warship and secretly aided the Plague against the Republic’s 7th Fleet.
• The Plague destroyed the Republic 7th Fleet, and Tang Xiao advised Nute Gunray to tell Count Dooku that he had refused Sidious’s order to destroy it.
• Darth Malthael assembled the Fourth Civilization forces on Hoth Planet and launched an invasion of Terminus Planet after the planet abandoned its neutrality and sided with the Republic.
• Matt Hona’s fleet defeated successive Republic attacks near Terminus while Fourth Civilization troops landed and advanced toward Fermos City, and Darth Malthael destroyed the Republic flagship commander in battle.
• The Republic defeated the Republic forces on Jabiim, killed Jedi Master Laiska, and forced Anakin Skywalker to evacuate with the surviving Clone Army after Jabiim declared independence.
• Darth Malthael killed Jedi Master Adi Gallia in the battle for Terminus and used a Resurrection Spell on her, while Siri Tachi resisted his attempts to make her submit to the Dark Side.

Matt Hona captured Terminus Planet through a fleet assault, an orbital drop, and an alliance with the Hutts, while Tang Xiao strengthened the new foothold. The Geth then joined the war, devastating Republic forces in the Perrin Sector as Sefrans Tann drew the conflict toward Nubia.

• Matt Hona negotiated with Oruba Goresla for Hutt help, then launched an all-out assault on Terminus Planet and Fermos City.
• Matt Hona used a moon-mounted Mass Driver to send the Enlightener into the Republic flagship, where it killed Jedi Master Toka and cleared the way for the Fourth Civilization’s orbital drop.
• Fourth Legion warriors and Indjori Avengers overran Fermos City as local forces and bounty hunters changed sides, allowing the Fourth Civilization to capture Terminus Planet in less than three hours.
• Tang Xiao declared Terminus a vital transportation hub and reinforced it, while Wilhuff Tarkin presented the battle as a Republic victory despite the fleet’s retreat and losses.
• The prototype mothership Shining Spirit arrived at Terminus, where Matt Hona began its handover and recognized its ability to build urgently needed warships and equipment.
• Barloi’s Republic forces encountered Corpse Puppets on Valk Planet, and Barloi died after investigating a mining vessel rigged with attacking robots and an inverse-reaction bomb.
• The Geth attacked Republic forces at Valk Planet and Ganderos VI, destroying an Acclamator-class assault ship and forcing Sass Tiin to retreat with heavy losses.
• Sefrans Tann’s fleet attacked near Nubia, where Master Windu identified the Plague’s Force users as the means of locating enemy flagships and prepared a counterattack.
