Anakin Skywalker helped destroy Count Dooku’s Dark Reaper while Tang Xiao expanded his military power and maneuvered through the war. After Gaddula Besadi was kidnapped to provoke the Hutts against the Republic, Anakin helped rescue her, and the Republic prepared to intervene on Christophsis.

• Yuri Orlov arranged to trade weapons to Anakin Skywalker for Rhen Var’s equipment and stockpile, then ordered a large supply of rocket launchers and anti-tank missiles.
• Anakin discovered Ulic Qel-Droma’s warning about the Dark Reaper, while Count Dooku activated its Force Harvester on Alaris and massacred inhabitants.
• The Retail Clan invaded Christophsis, and Bail Organa tried to defend the planet as Volm Lotham’s droids advanced on Crystal City.
• Anakin, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Master Windu, Master Yoda, and their allies assaulted the Dark Reaper on Tull Planet, and Anakin destroyed its core as Darth Malthael escaped with it.
• Tang Xiao developed his fleet and strengthened alliances, while Count Dooku recruited Asajj Ventress and assigned her to kill Anakin Skywalker.
• After Gaddula Besadi was kidnapped to provoke a conflict between the Hutts and the Republic, Tang Xiao sent his operatives to rescue her while Anakin led a mission to B'omarr Monastery.

Tang Xiao revealed Malevolence’s power and escaped Count Dooku’s suspicion with Darth Malthael’s intervention. As the Republic battled Separatist forces on Christophsis, an Indjori virus turned the city’s dead against its defenders, while the Fourth Legion infiltrated and prepared to use the outbreak against the Republic.

• Wullf Yularen’s fleet landed Clone reinforcements on Christophsis as Obi-Wan Kenobi warned that General Trench’s apparent retreat seemed suspicious.
• Count Dooku unveiled Malevolence to Tang Xiao, then used its ion weapon to disable and destroy a Republic fleet near Rishi.
• Count Dooku accused Tang Xiao of being the Archangel of Death, but Darth Malthael intervened and took Tang Xiao away aboard the Plague after attacking Malevolence.
• Anakin Skywalker arrived on Christophsis, took command of the 501st Legion, and joined Ahsoka Tano and Rex in the fighting as Separatist reinforcements weakened the Republic fleet.
• San Hill supplied Passel Argente with warships, while 007 infiltrated Republic Intelligence and helped reveal that Separatist forces were assembling for an attack on Christophsis.
• Dawn Star Planet’s fleet and General Trench’s forces drove the Republic fleet from Christophsis, while Separatist transports scattered across Crystal City carrying Indjori and infected canisters.
• Anakin and Ahsoka discovered that Indjori and infected corpses were attacking civilians and soldiers, and Anakin ordered a citywide quarantine and formed task groups to fight the outbreak.
• The Fourth Legion attacked Republic positions with Indjori biological weapons, captured an artillery position, and Justin Reeves ordered his troops to lure a horde of zombies toward the Commercial Center defenses.

Slick’s sabotage helped collapse the Republic defense at Christophsis while Dawn Star Planet and the Fourth Civilization won victories at Bespin and Cerea. As the Republic pursued the Malevolence and Tang Xiao revived fallen soldiers, Sefrans Tann began the conquest of Hoth.

• Slick sabotaged the Republic communications network with false reports, while Sulama responded by sending Magellan’s force to attack Bespin.
• Magellan’s fleet attacked Bespin, but Igor Zavalov’s hidden missile frigates and Lin Nanyi’s arriving Fleet B helped destroy the Republic assault as the Ayrou leadership was overthrown.
• Slick’s false orders helped scatter the Republic forces at Christophsis, where Anakin and Ahsoka captured Volm Lotham before the surviving Republic ships fled through Tatooine and Hutt Space.
• Tang Xiao managed the political fallout, while Sulama resigned and accused the Christophsis commanders at his military trial, and Anakin then reunited with Padmé and visited his mother.
• General Grievous used the Malevolence’s EMP weapon to destroy Ares Nune’s fleet, and Plo Koon recovered Nune’s recording of the attack.
• Tang Xiao directed the revival of Li Yifei, who reunited with Juan'er before returning to service, while Gabriel Tosh offered Sulama’s corpse for inspection.
• Tang Xiao hired Gabriel Tosh to capture Hoth, and Sefrans Tann killed Sulama, seized Hoth’s spaceports, and began bombarding its planetary shield.

The Fourth Civilization expanded its control of captured worlds while Darth Malthael unleashed the Plague and the Republic struggled to counter it. The arc left Tang Xiao preparing a surprise attack on Kato Neimoidia and Wilhuff Tarkin awaiting an answer to his demand for 500 Hunter Class Battlecruisers before attacking Dawn Star Planet.

• Matt Horner broke Planet Kaal’s defenses, then joined Sefrans Tann in taking Hoth Planet as the Mugali declared independence and joined the Fourth Civilization and the Confederacy of Independent Systems.
• Tang Xiao honored the dead Marshal Igor Zavalov, while Darth Sidious ordered Wilhuff Tarkin to destroy Dawn Star Planet and Count Dooku sent Quinlan Vos to seek an alliance with the Archangel of Death.
• Anakin Skywalker rescued Plo Koon from the Malevolence, then led a bomber strike that disabled its cannon as the Dream Sisters helped the Republic attack the warship.
• Darth Malthael used the Plague to devastate Trigalis and destroy Republic forces, while Anakin and the Jedi sabotaged the Malevolence’s hyperdrive and sent it crashing into Lundaria.
• Tang Xiao chose Kato Neimoidia as the Fourth Civilization’s next target and offered the Plague to the Trade Federation, while the Fourth Civilization imposed harsh control on Hoth and crushed resistance on Lothal.
• Wilhuff Tarkin’s political and military influence grew as the 18th Army fought the Separatists, while the Republic 19th Army suffered heavy losses against Bespin.
• Sheev Palpatine ordered Tarkin to destroy Dawn Star Planet, and Tarkin demanded 500 Hunter Class Battlecruisers before attacking, but Palpatine cut off the communication without answering.
