Spirit of the Pen faced Ji Yan. "Are you sure?"
Burning Death Eerie rubbed the charred, rotten skin on its forehead. "Even though I'm really annoyed by how he's showing off, Second Sis, those words do carry some weight!"
"Second Sis..." Spirit of the Pen seemed somewhat uncomfortable with Burning Death Eerie's form of address.
Only then did Ji Yan remember something. He turned to look around. "Does anyone know where Qian Duoduo went?"
Burning Death Eerie said, "Who?"
"That Plague Eerie."
Burning Death Eerie said, "You said he's only Tier 2. Who has the time to care about him?"
Spirit of the Pen shook her head as well.
Ji Yan fell into thought.
On the next floor, the reinforced cement had crumbled away.
Amid the dust-filled wreckage, Tianma brushed the dust from his shoulder, then turned to look toward a dark corner.
Qian Duoduo was hiding in the darkness, not daring to even breathe.
Tianma indifferently withdrew his gaze. He had no interest in sparing a second look at a Tier 2 Plague Eerie.
He checked the watch on his wrist. Its face was an eye, and the eyeball within the socket was a clock with three hands. It was clearly an eerie as well...
"Ten minutes."
"That's already three minutes beyond my estimated time."
"My dungeon-clearing pace has been slowed again."
At that, he smiled for no apparent reason.
"A mere side-quest Easter egg, a [Frozen to Death Ghoul], has so many eerie helping it, along with Eerie Weapons..."
"Is there a problem with the NPC set by the Dungeon Order, or..."
His expression shifted, but he did not continue. He did not care which possibility it was. He only wanted to clear this Dungeon as quickly as possible.
Preferably with a perfect rating!
