Multiverse Collision Crisis
Wow!!
In outer space, Time and Space Wheel radiating golden light suddenly appeared.
Ben sensed the energy in the flywheel receding, and the feeling of being pulled in the spacetime rift disappeared. The energy of the Mother Box flowed back, returning to silence.
He knew he had arrived at his destination.
"But it seems to be slightly off course." He stood up, placed his palm on the glass of the flywheel, and looked at the vast starry sky in the distance.
"Not this universe?"
"It's this universe, but the coordinates are slightly off; it's a problem with the bracelet." Ben glanced down at the bracelet. This thing was made by Banner and Otto, who said it could be a signpost and key for Ben to return to this universe. Now it seems that something went wrong.
When will they finally become reliable?
"Then what do we do?" Mera's eyes widened, revealing a clear sense of foolishness.
"Simple, just snap your fingers."
Ben said casually.
With a touch of their two fingers, Energy of the Universe energy swirled around them in a giant arc.
This is Teleportation Array.
Although teleportation is not an easy spell to perform in the world of The Ben 10, Ben's Manna Magic is the result of the knowledge that the Ancient One gained from so many Dimensional Demon God and the accumulation of thousands of years of Asgard's power.
Teleportation within the same universe is incredibly easy.
Of course, this is assuming no other magical energy interferes with him; otherwise, teleportation isn't as effective as the Bifrost.
In the comics, Doctor Strange is always interfered with by other forces whenever he tries to use the Teleportation Array, rendering it unusable and resulting in his account being forcibly shut down.
Ben didn't have this concern.
He knows all of those things, and he also has the Space Stone, the Mother Box... all of which can open portals.
Even if all of these are banned, he still has Omnitrix.
The Little Broken Watch does have a teleportation function, but apart from Azmuth, no one else has ever used it.
Mera stared at the Energy of the Universe energy like a curious child; it was an ability Ben had never displayed before.
Just as she was about to say something, Manna Spark.
The figures vanished instantly, and the next moment, the Time and Space Wheel had already traversed the distance of the universe, appearing in the sky above a blue planet in the blink of an eye.
"Earth!"
Mera pressed herself against the window in surprise, peering down at the planet below.
The planet's size, direction and speed of rotation, and the proportions and outlines of its land and sea were exactly the same as the planet she had always lived on, to the point that she began to doubt whether she had really traveled through time and space to another world.
The Kryptonian were also very surprised.
Faora's expression shifted, and she asked, "If there are identical Earths in different universes, then could Krypton also be...?"
"Don't overthink it, there's no Krypton in this universe."
Ben shattered her delusion.
However, no further details were provided.
He found it difficult to explain to her the existence of Marvel and DC, and that Krypton and Marvel were not even in the same worldview.
The three Kryptonian visibly showed signs of disappointment.
"What's there to be disappointed about? Aren't we trying to create a new Krypton?" Ben didn't understand what they were disappointed about. The Little Broken Watch had already replicated all the data from the Kryptonian Codex. In fact, even without the Codex's data, the watch itself could be genetically encoded. Once the first ten years or so passed, the first batch of Kryptonian customized according to the program would grow up, and then they would be able to reproduce naturally.
"You're right."
Faora's eyes flickered, as if she had already seen the shadow of the New Krypton, and her attitude towards Ben became more respectful.
She had been respectful before, but that was only because she was following Zod's orders.
Only now did they look at Ben with genuine respect.
Once New Krypton is born, Ben thinks they might even write about him as the savior of Krypton in textbooks, or even worship him as a god.
"I have my own dimensional space in this universe, called Legerdomain. The New Krypton will be placed in that dimensional space, but before that, I need to find a few suitable planets and stars to terraform," Ben said.
The Fourth Empire governs a vast area, making it easy to find a few barren planets and stars.
But before that...
"The Time and Space Wheel has even arrived above Earth, yet the Galactic Plumbers haven't reacted at all."
Has Galactic Plumbers become so relaxed after not seeing her for a while?
The Time and Space Wheel didn't have "I'm an ally" written on its forehead; it showed absolutely no vigilance at the appearance of such a large alien flying object.
Ben frowned and sent a message to the Space Station.
Soon, a response came from the Space Station.
Ben and his group were picked up. Norman Osborn was not on the Space Station, nor were Banner, Tony, and the others. The person who met them was an ordinary Plumbers who immediately straightened his back and bowed to Ben upon seeing him.
"Sorry, sir, I didn't recognize you just now!"
"What's going on? Where's Security Officer Norman? And the rest of the people aren't here either," Ben asked, puzzled.
"That's right. Because the Shi'ar Empire has fallen, the forces in the universe have become extremely chaotic, and wars are happening everywhere. Security Officer Norman has summoned some of the Thunderbolts to go to the universe to support the Galactic Plumbers Headquarters," the Plumbers explained.
"The Shi'ar Empire has fallen? So quickly?"
Ben was taken aback.
He never expected that the Incursean would conquer the Shi'ar Empire, one of the Three Great Empires, so quickly. That stinky frog really does have some strength.
But it makes sense, considering that the Shi'ar Empire's most powerful warrior, the Gladiator, was dead; it's understandable that the rest couldn't withstand the power of the Conquest Ray.
Moreover, the Incursean must have gathered quite a few wandering pirates from the Marvel Universe, and there may even be Skrull Empire and Kree Empire secretly involved among them.
Originally, there were only Three Great Empires in the universe. With the addition of the Sakaar Empire, they naturally hoped that someone would be eliminated.
However, Ben did not agree with Norman's involvement in the matter.
Earth is not large enough to intervene in such a cosmic war. Whether it is dividing up the territory of the Shi'ar Empire, providing aid to suffering planets, or resisting the continued spread of the Incursean Empire, it is not Earth's place to get involved.
Sakaar can be intervened.
But it's better not to come to Earth.
However, since things had already come to this point, he couldn't very well call Norman back, but he still felt somewhat strange.
"Even so, is it really necessary to send Banner and the others along? The situation at the Galactic Plumbers isn't so dire that scientists have to be sent to the battlefield, is it?"
"That's not the case. Doctor Banner and the others left because they noticed some anomalies in the data, so they're investigating." The Plumbers shook his head and said, "They guessed you might return, and we detected body data of Upgrade on that aircraft."
This also explains why the Space Station did not attack the unfamiliar spacecraft, the Time and Space Wheel, immediately.
Ben stroked his chin and began to think.
He was somewhat interested in the abnormal data that Banner and his team had detected, yet they had simply ignored him.
Let's rewind to a short time ago.
Earth Galactic Plumbers Space Station Headquarters.
Banner, Tony, and Otto were already extremely busy.
It was mainly Banner and Otto, since they were basically in charge of the Collider, and Tony joined the experiment later.
What should I do if I lose the Security Officer at the Galactic Plumbers? Urgent! I need help online.
Not a single mistake, not a single poem, not a single post, not a single piece of content, all in one look!
What exactly is going on with you guys?
Eunice placed her finger near the supercomputer's input port, and a large amount of data flashed rapidly across the blue computer screen.
After the experiment went wrong, Banner and Otto immediately contacted Eunice. As one of Ben's masterpieces, Eunice is undoubtedly the most advanced artificial intelligence in the world. Moreover, she has the Infinity Stones within her body and is the most likely to be able to locate Ben's whereabouts through the fluctuations of the Power Stone.
"The simulation data was fine back then." Tony frowned and sighed.
He felt he had gotten into trouble again.
It's always the same; just when I think I have everything under control, a problem always seems to arise.
"I'll never do research again." He wiped his face, his expression gloomy.
Otto patted him on the shoulder and comforted him, "Don't say that. I think we just need to get rid of our arrogance, including Ben himself."
There are several reasons for this accident. One is that the Particle Collider has not been fully tested. Ben himself also needs to take responsibility. After the passage was opened, it was Ben who insisted on going in to explore it.
Another key point is his watch.
"Eunice, how much do you know about Benny's watch?" Tony asked, looking up.
"Before you came, we asked Peter, but Peter couldn't explain it either. He said that Bant found the watch on a Ben trip when he was a child, and it wasn't until a couple of years ago that its unusual features became apparent."
Eunice's pupils flashed with data as she replied, "All the information I know about Omnitirix is top secret. The parts I can reveal, you already know; after all, Benny has never deliberately hidden anything."
"That's the spark of civilization known as Noah's Ark, containing a vast amount of intelligent life's genes, which can grant the wearer immense power, transforming them into various different aliens."
Eunice spoke first.
Not all of this information is publicly available, but it is not a secret to Banner and his associates.
Even Connors and Doctor Banner participated in the research on the Little Broken Watch. Ben's first attempt to crack the Little Broken Watch was made with the help of Connors's rudimentary equipment.
"But the technology it involves is too advanced."
Banner remarked with a sigh, "When we were creating your body, we incorporated some Omnitrix technology to give you temporary animal Superpowers, but to be honest, even I, one of the smartest people, couldn't understand the watch's design at all."
"The watch's origin is unknown, but its functions are extraordinary; it's very likely that it caused this accident."
Eunice paused for a moment, but still didn't reveal the secret of the watch.
Besides Ben, she was the person who knew the watch best.
But those documents were top secret, and even Banner and others had no right to access them.
"I can only tell you that the Omnitrix possesses immense power, ensuring that nothing untoward happens to Benny," Eunice said calmly.
In fact, each of them is confident about this.
"We're not worried about that. That kid defeated Thanos and Vilgax, what else could threaten him? We're just worried that he might not be able to find his way back and has been out there for too long."
"Don't worry, it depends on whether he's determined to go back."
"You make it sound like he's omnipotent," Tony said sarcastically, displeased with Eunice's nonchalant attitude. "If I were the one who went missing, I guarantee Jarvis would go to great lengths to find me."
"Jarvis is a thing of the past, Mr. Stark. Tony Stark. Besides, what's a life-or-death disappearance for you is just a hiking trip for Benny."
"Compared to this..." Eunice glanced at them, her gaze sweeping across the open space between them, her pupils reflecting images of the Multiverse.
"Your Particle Collider has caused even more serious consequences."
Several people gathered around.
You all know about the existence of the Multiverse, right?
"Otherwise, what do you think Particle Collider is for?" Tony rolled his eyes.
Eunice remained unperturbed and continued, "Originally, there were barriers between different Parallel Universe, separating them to prevent collisions, just as planets have their own orbits. Earth and other planets in the Solar System coexisted peacefully on different orbits. But the Particle Collider disrupted this balance."
With a wave of her hand, the projected image changed.
The space collapsed, forming a high-quality void.
"After the Particle Collider broke through the barrier, it made our universe more unstable. Another universe has already been affected and is converging towards us."
What will happen?
Banner's mind went blank for a moment, and he asked a stupid question.
What would happen if two planets collided?
The answer, naturally, is destruction.
"Of course, a collision isn't certain; we should still be within a safe distance," Eunice said, shaking her head. "It might just be a temporary shift. If the void is filled, it's still possible to escape the influence of another universe, but we need more data to confirm that. However, we must be prepared for a potential collision."
"This..." Otto was speechless.
How did things escalate so quickly from one conversation to another, and now they're facing such a massive crisis?
"If a collision actually occurs, how can we prevent it?"
Eunice paused for a few seconds before speaking, "Destroy another universe."
Are you serious?
Tony thought this robot girl had probably gone mad. Could it be that the Ultron virus had taken over her brain and she was thinking about destroying the world again?
