The Beast Ring.

Several black metal rings rotated on the outer side of the planet, like the fixed supports on the outside of a globe.

This is the location chosen by the Galactic Plumbers for this Galactic Conference.

The numerous natural meteorite belts make this planet itself seem like a cosmic chasm. As for the star rings, they were later created by the Galactic Plumbers, in a manner somewhat similar to the dwarves' forging furnaces.

"It is both a protective ring and a powerful weapon."

Caiera explained the role of the star rings to many of the civilizations attending the Galactic Conference.

As the initiator of the Galactic Conference, the Galactic Plumbers undertook the main venue setup and preparations for all aspects of the work.

He still vividly remembers his first meeting with Ben.

That kid kept using the slang "nigger" and "that guy," and he even planned to shoot himself dead.
