Background / History
Hu Shu emerged as the Human Race's protector at Shouyang Mountain after repelling Demon Race attacks with the Invincible Domain. His defense of the settlement earned him the people's trust, but also drew the attention of Guang Chengzi and the Heavenly Origin Sect. 3 4
While seeking a Spiritual Herb, he uncovered Restriction Runes encircling the settlement. The runes monitored the Human Race and hindered their absorption of external spiritual energy, leading Hu Shu to investigate the Heavenly Origin Sect's interference despite repeated traps, scouts, and illusions. 5 6
He later shifted from immediate survival to long-term development: creating cultivation methods, acquiring body-refining arts and rare forging materials, seeking allies, and organizing the Human Race's defenses. 26 28 29
Personality
Hu Shu is resolute and protective, consistently accepting personal risk when the Human Race faces danger. He treats protecting Shouyang Mountain and humanity's future as his central responsibility. 5 83 325

As a leader, he emphasizes collective growth. He develops cultivation systems, distributes resources according to individual aptitude, listens to councils, and prepares successors rather than keeping authority solely for himself. 26 91 175
