"What does Fellow Daoist Mysterious Turtle think of my disciple's proposal?" Jieyin took over and asked Senior Mysterious Turtle.
"Excellent. It suits my thoughts perfectly." Senior Mysterious Turtle did not care much about the matter.
"In that case, Fellow Daoist, you can serve as a protector within my sect and be placed in charge of our external affairs."
Senior Mysterious Turtle nodded and agreed.
After finishing their discussion of Senior Mysterious Turtle's affairs, Jiang Yun took the initiative to report to Jieyin and Zhunti on the development of his Spirit Bamboo Mountain Dao Field.
This was the first primary node constructed under the Western Teachings' First Five-Year Plan. As an early pilot project, both of them were very concerned about the project's progress and development.
Jiang Yun gave them a detailed account of the administrative office he had specifically established during the construction of the node to complete the work more effectively and quickly.
Through the administrative office, the process of completing a task could be divided into multiple fixed stages, with each department responsible for one stage. Then, through cooperation among multiple departments, the process of handling a task became both streamlined and efficient.

The current situation of the Dragon, Phoenix, and Qilin Races was known to all the great powers of the Primordial Desolation. Whenever possible, they did not want to associate with the three races, and everyone kept their distance from them.

"They have many people within their race. If we form an alliance, we can provide them with protection, and they can provide us with manpower. This is mutually beneficial.
"In the beginning, we do not need to establish too deep a relationship with them. We only need to accept several younger members of the Dragon Race as a bond. That way, we will not be affected by the Dragon Race's karma either." Jiang Yun gave a serious analysis.
Some things really would be overlooked if one did not think about them carefully.
It was just like the myths of the Primordial Desolation from his previous life. How had none of the Western Saints thought of bringing in Star Spiritual Energy to cultivate Spirit Veins in the west?
