Discussing the Electric Shock Function
Someone collapsing to the ground is always a noticeable event, especially during the spread of the Zombies virus, when everyone fears it might be a sign of turning into Zombies.
Not wanting to cause a large commotion, the Green Arrow Duck naturally raised its hand and used a megaphone to dispel the rumors. "Don't worry, everyone, it's just an electric shock effect."
Hidden among the crowd, there are certainly those with ulterior motives. These people are not necessarily just trolls, but rather those who intend to stir up trouble and gain personal benefits.
He shouted, "You already have a Zombies in your hands. Who knows if you're using that Zombies to bite people and deliberately spread disease?" An ordinary person, faced with such chaos, probably wouldn't even be able to identify who said that. They could only passively deal with the complaints of the "masses." But the Green Arrow Duck and other Mecha were already prepared for this kind of squid-like tactic of hiding in the crowd and stirring things up. Their environmental reconnaissance capabilities immediately pinpointed who was speaking.
Even if the Mecha can't be found, the Kryptonian itself can easily identify the target.
Without a word, Green Arrow Duck flicked out its fingertip electrodes, piercing through the speaker's clothes and embedding them directly into his skin. The continuous high-power electric shock of 50,000 volts knocked him to the ground.
This person who was specifically targeted was not like the previous one who was just foaming at the mouth. His pants bulged, and a pool of yellow fluid fell to the ground, resulting in a perfect simultaneous discharge of feces and urine. His whole body was also convulsing.
Even those who touched him seemed to be electrocuted, painfully pulling their hands and legs back.
Green Arrow Duck asked earnestly, "Sir, look, is this the effect of an electric shock? Or do you also believe you are about to be transformed by the virus? Can you hear what I'm saying, sir?"
Seeing this, the Bullhead standing nearby asked curiously, "We can do something like this?"
"Of course. This is just the power level of a police Taser Gun, 50,000 volts of electricity. I don't have Pikachu's 100,000 volt attack. I used this move at full power before to turn a Zombies's arm into charcoal. The kind that can turn you to ash."
While Electro, Green Arrow Duck explained to Bullhead. This Minotaur mech, also with a cartoonish appearance and disguised in Bullhead Mecha, looked at its hands, its clear eyes filled with a hint of confusion. "How do I use it?"
"Just turn on the electric shock function, and you'll see where the electrode points are on your body. As long as it touches a conductor, it will automatically activate." Without saying a word, Bullhead slapped the shoulder of the nearest redneck, a burly man with a clearly sinister look. Perhaps having been shocked by the police, the redneck recoiled and backed away the moment he was electrocuted. He lay on the ground, flexing and straightening like a lobster, repeatedly, allowing his body to quickly recover from the muscle spasms.
Redneck didn't forget to let out a long "ee~" sound, as if he wanted to vent all the pain from being electrocuted, instead of keeping it to himself. Leaving aside how Redneck was demonstrating his self-rescue after being electrocuted, Bullhead looked at his hand with satisfaction. "Wow, you should have told me sooner that it had such a useful function."
"Every time I go downstairs, I'm surrounded by a bunch of shameless guys who make wishes that even the Genie in the lamp couldn't grant. I can't just shoot them, so it's really putting me in a difficult position."
Green Arrow Duck didn't have any hands to raise, but he made a sincere, remorseful expression. "My fault. Next time, I'll let you know in advance if there's any function." "Hmm, Mr. Duck, this guy seems to be dying." Jill Valentine reminded the Duck Plushie, looking at the man who was being continuously electrocuted with suspicion. "You said this is the level of Taser Gun, really?"
Green Arrow Duck said smugly, "Of course it's true. It's just that the Taser Gun's output is instantaneous. Once the electrode needle pierces the human body and forms a circuit, the voltage will drop significantly."
"Use that momentary muscle contraction to subdue the criminal. But my electric shock ability allows for multiple discharges, which feels more comfortable. Oh, shit! Looks like I really went too far."
Speaking in a completely emotionless electronic voice, it conveyed no sense of urgency whatsoever. Even the Green Arrow Duck's movements remained slow and deliberate, allowing the electrode needles on its fingertips to retract automatically.
He explained to those around him with an air of authority, "Don't worry, he's still alive. He wasn't electrocuted. He just almost did. Anyone else who doesn't believe I have the ability to give electric shocks, raise your hand, and I can let them experience it."
"Weren't you supposed to be our hero, so why... Eeeeeeeee!"
Someone in the crowd started shouting furtively, trying to incite the crowd to target the Duck Plushie. However, his position was clever; he was standing right behind the Green Arrow Duck, in a blind spot, and hidden in the crowd.
Green Arrow Duck, of course, didn't miss out. With a flick of its wrist, the electrode needle traced an arc and struck the rhythm-setter on the forehead, giving him a similarly intense, numbing, and tingling sensation. However, since the hit was on the head, the electrode's power was slightly reduced. Even so, the guy wasn't completely brain-numbed, but it would probably take him a while to recover and be able to move normally again. As for the sight of snot and drool flowing from his nose, that goes without saying.
This time, the Green Arrow Duck didn't have the electric shock for long. After the opponent fell to the ground, it retracted the electrode needle.
Two plush toys dressed as cartoon animals continued walking forward nonchalantly, discussing their non-lethal functions. Each time they mentioned a function, it was as if they were looking for a test subject nearby. This caused the crowd that had been surrounding them to unconsciously back away.
Even if some clueless individuals manage to squeeze to the front, just as they're about to speak and utter their unreasonable demands, they might be met with an electrode needle from Green Arrow Duck or Bullhead. Neither of the animal puppets will wait for the other to finish speaking.
After several attempts, no one dared to approach the two animal puppets, who were supposedly connected to the X-Men, and ask for a seat on the X-Jet to leave Raccoon City.
The U.S. military soldiers guarding the building entrance made way for the two animal plush toys as they approached.
Whether they were simply going to let the X-Men pass anyway, or whether they gave way because they didn't want to get electrocuted, no one present could tell. The soldiers' expressions of terror, however, were undeniably genuine.
Clutching a Zombies that was trying to move, Green Arrow Duck arrived at the stairwell. Looking back, he was shocked to find all his companions had followed. "Are you guys still following?"
Despite being suspended from duty, Jill Valentian, a police officer, remained unyielding. "Of course, I want to see whether you resolve this biological disaster or fail and end up running away."
"Also, what you said at the beginning about wanting to deal with Umbrella wasn't a lie, was it? I'll be keeping an eye on this and see what you plan to do."
