Henry's Request
Although intelligence from various sources suggests that the universe isn't yet at the point where Kryptonite can be found everywhere, the Kryptonian ' only known weakness is their Green Sun.
The Red Sun only strips away abilities, turning Kryptonian into mediocrity. But this doesn't seem to be something most people are aware of.
Now that the Skrulls have revealed this weakness to Nick Fury, we must be wary of him trying to acquire devices like green Sun Pharma.
Although, in the DC Universe, there are only two and a half people who can produce artificial Kryptonite. One is Brainiac, the Brainiac, and the other is Lex Luthor, who has a level 12 intelligence. The half is Batman, who has never said he can, but everyone thinks he can.
These people may not be in Henry's universe, but there are top geniuses like Mister Fantastic Reed Richards and Iron Man Tony Stark here.
Is it really that difficult to turn the Yellow Sun into Green Sun, or to create an anti- Krypton set?
Henry didn't dare gamble on whether they could do it, so he could only plan ahead and get himself a set of anti- Kryptonite radiation clothing.
The higher the expectations, the greater the disappointment.
Faced with Henry's request, Kingo shook his head helplessly and said, "Although I would love to agree, our Eternals ' battle suits must be worn on the mothership."
"Since we defeated the Deviants and started living separately, the mothership has been sealed off. I can't even put on my battle suit right now, so of course I can't take it out for you to study."
"Oh, is that so?" Henry said disappointedly.
"However..." Kingo continued, changing the subject, "What If...? what you want is the technology that makes up the suit, I can tell you this: it all originates from the energy within our bodies. Like my—"
Kingo made a firing gesture with his right hand. Instantly, strange light and lines appeared a few centimeters above his skin, as if they had appeared out of thin air.
His gesture wasn't meaningless. A dazzling ball of light condensed at the tip of Kingo's index finger and then shot out like a bullet. It made a muffled sound and left a tiny hole in a sofa chair inside his tent.
"--The source of our innate abilities is the same. It's just that we are born with these abilities, but each Eternals can use different ones."
"The suits are woven from energy drawn from our bodies by a device on the mothership. What If...? you can figure this out, you'll have a way to create suits just like ours. Do you understand?"
Henry carefully examined the lines on Kingo's palm and forearm. As he demonstrated, the light device would disappear as soon as his hand was no longer shaped like a gun. It also seemed unable to fire the light bullet.
But as soon as he makes a gun-shaped hand gesture, the lines will appear momentarily.
"Can I touch it?" Henry asked.
Kingo didn't answer; he simply held up his hand in front of Henry.
When Henry reached out, he discovered that the device that extracted Cosmic Energy from the Eternals was not illusory, but rather tangible. Even the gaps between the lines seemed to be blocked by something, preventing Henry from touching Kingo's skin.
This kind of technological performance, which takes the mass-energy equivalence formula and is so outrageous that it would make Albert Einstein turn in his grave, certainly caught Henry's eye!
In fact, as soon as Kingo demonstrated his abilities, Henry's eyes, ears, and all his senses were already fully activated, collecting information about the changes Kingo, this Eternals, had undergone during that time.
His statement about extracting one's own energy is correct. The lines that make up the "pistol" Kingo are actually the boundary lines of one's own energy blocks.
The complex lines and circles, like magic circles or spell models, are used to guide the flow of energy and thus perform a specific function.
In more scientific terms, this thing is like a circuit board. It acts as its own resistor and capacitor, ultimately forming a device.
Seeing Henry stop his fidgeting and enter a deep thought, Kingo lowered his hand and waited a little while before asking, "So, any insights?"
Henry countered, "Is this the only type of pistol mechanism you have?"
"No, given time to build up power, I can create a more powerful bullet. And the lines of the pistol on my hand will become more complex," Kingo admitted.
"Can we still shoot What If...? it doesn't transform into this form?"
"Sure, but it's the weakest. However, even weaker than a human handgun, it's still more powerful. I need to control it so Deadman, which requires even more concentration to reduce the damage output. But usually, at this point, I'll just use a punch."
"Hmm." After nodding, Henry said, "Although I haven't seen the other Eternals, I do have some ideas."
"Oh, tell me about it quickly," Kingo asked with great interest.
After organizing his thoughts, Henry said, "The source of your power is not in your hands, but in your brain. It's like the irrigation ditches in a field; when there's no water, it's dry."
"Once enough water is released, it will immediately fill the entire water system, and then the water system can perform its function. But as soon as water is released, the water system will still function without waiting for it to be full."
"How you navigate the waterways is entirely guided by your brain, not by any devices or guiding mediums in your hands. However, it seems that a person's brain can only construct one waterway system, which is what you call 'talent'."
"This also explains why your combat suits need the mothership's systems to assist in weaving them, because this is not a 'talent' ability fixed in your minds."
"But once this energy is shaped, it becomes quite stable and can perform functions beyond its basic function. It's a very special kind of energy, like clay that can be molded... well, clay."
"What If...? this argument holds true, then wouldn't you be able to rely on the mothership's technology to guide you in using the abilities of other Eternals?"
Upon hearing Henry's imaginative suggestion, Kingo exclaimed in surprise, "Ha, none of us have ever thought of that! But the mothership is currently sealed off, so we can't conduct any experiments."
"Well, so the key is still in your brains. That extraordinary mental wave is the crucial element for you to control this energy," Henry concluded.
"I have to admit, it's an interesting conclusion. But you didn't rely on any instruments; you just looked and touched to get this insight. You're not just saying this to fool me, are you?"
"Of course not," Henry explained. "Let me put it this way: my senses are different from ordinary people. I only use sensors to collect data to gain the trust of others or for computer analysis. What If...? it's just for preliminary interpretation or understanding, there's no need for such a complicated process."
"It seems your abilities far exceed my expectations, Kryptonian." Kingo looked at the young man with satisfaction, then turned to his butler and said, "Karun, let everyone go home. Today's filming is over."
"Then I'll instruct the chef to prepare dinner. I need to have a good chat with my new friend. Henry... I can call you Henry, after all, I'm much older than you. When you come to India, how can you not try the local specialties? Right?"
This request left the Kryptonian looking astonished, as if to say, "Why not just kill him?"
Kingo laughed and said, "Don't worry. It's not the kind you see on the street."
