Ejiwota
"You have failed this city!" The Duck Type armor's built-in startup voice ended, and Henry began the armor self-check.
The Duck Leopard armor—Leopard Type that Kitty uses is designed and manufactured based on the concept of Iron Man's future metal armor. Therefore, it has a very strong metallic feel and looks like a ferocious metal Monster.
However, the Duck Type is different because the outermost layer is made of fleece, making this suit of armor look like the mascot costumes often seen in amusement parks.
Because it is Duck Type, it inevitably reminds people of one of Disney's three main stars: the mouse, the duck, and the dog.
But since it's not their iconic sailor outfit, surely Disney's legal department wouldn't come knocking...
Because it doesn't have trousers, its fluffy white Duck Butt is very noticeable.
Unlike the blue and white duck celebrity, this suit of armor is based on green and white, with a Punjabi hat adorned with pheasant feathers and a green eye patch, giving it an overall comical cartoonish feel.
But don't assume that this outfit, which looks like a rag doll, has low technological content. First of all, it is an armor with excellent airtightness, which can be worn to space for a spacewalk.
It is this air density, adapted to a vacuum environment, that effectively prevents Vampires from using their sense of smell. This is also the reason why Henry chose this suit.
Another reason is that this suit of armor integrates all the weapon systems designed by Henry. Its firepower is not strong, and it cannot effectively combat top-tier targets, such as certain superheroes or supervillains, whether they are technological or mutated.
However, this armor is well-suited for clearing out large numbers of general targets. After all, it was designed with Vampires as the hypothetical enemy, and the combat style needed to conceal one's own characteristics.
This naturally required the use of traditional American tactics: a firepower-first attack method. So, in addition to a conspicuous machine gun on its back, the main weapon was a concealed Railgun, and the secondary weapon was a small, multi-directional homing missile.
Having decided on his battle suit, Henry began to put it on. It wasn't complicated at all; it was like putting on a rag doll costume, rather than assembling individual pieces like the Iron Man armor.
Loading ammunition is rather troublesome, as the main magazine is located on the Duck Butt. To deal with Vampires, Henry naturally loads a large amount of targeted ammunition.
Considering the possibility of a large number of Vampires gang members—humans who are attached to Vampires —as henchmen, regular bullets must also be prepared.
Finally, out of some kind of morbid sense of humor, he wore two ammunition belts on either side of his body for use with the machine gun on his back. In short, our Green Arrow doesn't use a bow or crossbow; instead, he uses firearms and bullets.
Once everything was ready, the Green Arrow Duck flew directly into the night sky through a special underground tunnel.
On its outstretched arms are three sets of propellers on each side, totaling six sets; and two sets of super-acceleration devices symmetrically arranged on the left and right. On its webbed feet are anti-gravity devices designed around Gravitonium, providing the necessary buoyancy.
The headgear wasn't a retinal projection, but a Panavision display, allowing the person inside to directly observe the outside world. Green Arrow Duck thus noticed that Kitty on the ground raised her head and hopped after him, as if wanting to go out and play together.
Of course, Green Arrow Duck wouldn't take Kitty out with him. He'd already exposed himself to Jack Reacher once. Looks like he'll have to find another way to walk the Tiger in the future.
Because Artificial Intelligence is not yet fully developed, there are a total of three control devices. In addition to voice commands, there is brainwave control, and knuckle buttons similar to those used to remotely control Little Duck.
With arms outstretched, fingers grasped and released twice, then clenched into fists with all their might. The instant the command was received, all six thrusters activated! The sound barrier was broken on the spot, creating a sonic boom.
The Mach 3 flight speed allowed Green Arrow Duck to fly from the Sheephole Valley Wilderness to the skies above downtown Los Angeles in just four minutes. He first returned to Blade and Abraham Whistler's secret base at the abandoned steel mill.
Instead of wasting time searching for Blade's trail, it's better to just watch that videotape with the message; it must contain clues from the other party.
In Blade's quiet room, Green Arrow Duck found the videotape that was only half-played. Instead of putting it in the projector, he watched it on the television.
Instead, it directly reads the contents of the magnetic tape and, with the support of a rudimentary Quantum Computer network on the seabed, transcribes it into digital images, which are then played in a corner window inside the helmet.
And quickly from the video footage, they located the location the other party had specified, Ejiwota. At the same time, they also allowed Green Arrow Duck to confirm what Dickon Thaddeus Ross looked like in this world.
He wasn't bad-looking, but his face had a slightly sinister quality. His appearance was more like a young man from a movie than an older man from a comic book.
According to Blade's previous statement, this is a converted Vampires, which is why he doesn't quite get along with those born purebloods. Vampires in Los Angeles belong to the younger, more radical faction.
However, his "young" appearance here is only relative to older Vampires; he is actually three or four hundred years old. He is not Vampires who was converted in recent times or modern times.
Having confirmed its destination, the Green Arrow Duck naturally investigated information about "Ejiwota" through the internet, including government internal systems.
This is actually the name of a building in downtown Los Angeles, with a mysterious ownership structure that is almost never rented out. Now it seems that it is essentially the property of Vampires.
However, to enter the buildings in the city center, you can't just fly there. It's only Sun Pharma, and the city center is still quite lively.
The Green Arrow Duck doesn't have much camouflage. Even when flying in the air, it's easy for some concerned citizen to spot it and then call 911.
So if you want to get there, you can't just fly horizontally over the city center. You have to fly vertically into the sky, move horizontally, and then land vertically to your destination.
The rooftop of this building doesn't have the usual helicopter landing pad. Instead, the rooftop apartment has an outdoor swimming pool on its balcony, and the interior is quite luxurious, clearly indicating that the owner is extremely wealthy.
To avoid disturbing the person inside, whether they were the homeowner or someone left behind, the Green Arrow Duck didn't land on the balcony. Instead, it slowed down early and found a maintenance platform on the rooftop decorative spire to land on.
While the Duck Leopard armor—Duck Type has reconnaissance capabilities, it's still far inferior to his own superhuman eyesight. Therefore, Green Arrow Duck directly uses the ability of the person behind him to search for Blade's location.
Unfortunately, there was no sign of the half- Vampires in the entire building, but quite a few Vampires were seen. This proves that the building is indeed the property of a Vampires clan, otherwise, it wouldn't have such a high density of vampires.
Recalling the movie, the final battle took place in a location resembling a temple. This building, including the basement, has no similar floors.
So was Blade moved or lured to another location?
It seems the only way to find the answer is to go inside and ask someone, or try to find out by searching.
