Henry deliberately distanced himself from the location of the Void and approached East 49th Street, Catherine Hepburn's house, from a distance.

Then, they chose a secluded spot, parked their car, and drove to Ms. Hepburn's house.

This is an old building without an elevator, where Catherine Hepburn lived for over sixty years. When she was young, she valued peace and quiet, so she didn't buy a unit on a lower floor, nor on the top floor where the sun was most intense, but rather on the fourth floor, just below the top floor.

However, such a floor was indeed very inconvenient for this 91-year-old woman to go up and down. Therefore, Catherine Hepburn's family had been urging her to move away from here or back to her home in Connecticut.

But people always have an emotional attachment to old houses, and Catherine Hepburn was a woman with extremely strong opinions. No matter how hard others tried to drag her out the door, they couldn't get her to agree.

Such a personality might normally earn her the title of "strong woman," but in a life-or-death situation like this, anyone who encounters her is simply out of luck.

So what if we accept it? Can we just not save the person?

For Henry, this old lady was one of the few people he truly cared about. If something were to happen to her, he didn't know how long he would feel regretful.

Although the location of the Void rampage was a bit far from East 49th Street, New York all witnessed how this guy lifted up the 90-meter-long behemoth and slammed it down.

With such destructive power, it's safe to remain even within the concept of "New York." This is why Henry found driving such a short distance exceptionally difficult, as the roads were filled with fleeing people and vehicles.

Thanks to his various Super Senses abilities, he wasn't going to get stuck. Whenever things looked bad, he'd move onto the sidewalk or into alleyways. This wasn't the time to obediently follow traffic rules.

If there's a major traffic jam ahead, he's capable of noticing it early and changing routes accordingly.

They arrived safely at Catherine Hepburn's house. He had visited the house with Charlize Theron before, so they wouldn't mistake it for hers.

Henry parked his car on the side of the road and went to the apartment building to ring the doorbell. Judging from the ringing, the power to the apartment was still running, which was good news.

A moment later, a voice came from the doorbell. "Who rang the doorbell?"

The voice belonged to a relatively young woman. Henry replied, "I am Henry Brown Maria Stark, is that you? Is Catherine alright?"

"Ah, Mr. Brown, you've finally arrived. Come on in, I've been waiting for you. Catherine is fine, but she's ignoring everyone right now."

Pushing open the door, Henry noticed that only Catherine's apartment was still occupied in the building, so he used his Super Speed to get to a floor where Maria Stark was standing at the door, wouldn't notice anything amiss, and then quickly went upstairs.

The private nurse was quite alert; she only left the door ajar, nervously peering outside. After Henry came upstairs, he didn't shove the door open and knock her over, but instead reiterated his identity. "Maria Stark, I'm Henry Brown."

"Mr. Brown, please come in, please come in quickly." The middle-aged woman finally opened the door.

This private nurse was hired because Catherine Hepburn's health had been very poor for the past two years. That's why her family insisted on hiring her. Henry had never met her before, which explained the nurse's wary behavior.

Once inside, the former Hollywood queen, even in the early summer season, was dressed in a floral T-shirt, a denim jumpsuit, and a short sweater. She sat by the window, gazing at the scenery outside.

The noise at the door was as if it didn't exist to her. This wasn't to say that the old lady was hard of hearing; she just habitually pretended not to hear.

Henry's previous flustered demeanor vanished. This is because when interacting with unfamiliar people, it's sometimes necessary to match their mood and express certain emotions. Creating empathy and understanding helps to bridge the gap.

Appearing too calm or indifferent could make someone seem unimportant, creating distance. To appear more approachable, Henry always paid special attention to such details.

But you can't use that attitude with this old lady; you have to coax her. And it's generally accepted that older people are harder to coax than children.

Henry couldn't just carry her away, so he could only revert to his usual visiting manner and greet her, "Catherine, it's been a while. How's your joint pain?"

The old woman turned her head, her expression gradually brightening from calm. She smiled kindly and said, "Henry, child, what brings you here to see me?"

"Because I missed you." Henry stepped forward, bent down, and gave the old lady sitting in the seat a cheek kiss.

Catherine Hepburn looked around and asked, "Where's your girlfriend? Did you get dumped?"

Wow! This old woman is so hurtful! She just goes for the kill! Henry's lips twitched. "Charlize went to Australia to film a movie. I wasn't dumped."

"Oh, no wonder you came to me. I'm just a substitute, aren't I?" Catherine Hepburn shook her head, feigning sadness.

Once upon a time, this was a privilege reserved for Tony Stark. How come I have it now? Henry, of course, couldn't keep rambling on and on; he subtly steered the conversation back to the main topic, saying:

"Catherine, it's getting boring looking at the street scene all the time. How about we go to Fenwick's house to see the sea? Then I'll cook something delicious."

The old woman looked at him suspiciously and said, "If you want to cook, there's a kitchen here. Why did you go all the way back to Fenwick?"

Henry rubbed his hands together, a smug look on his face, and said, "There's plenty of old wine in the old house's cellar. Your wine here has probably been thrown away by your grandnieces."

"Those little brats. They threw so much stuff at me, I'll give them less after I die."

"Right? So when there's no alcohol to drink, of course we have to go back to the old house and drink it for them," Henry said, going along with the conversation.

Finally yielding, Catherine Hepburn nodded and said, "Alright. But how are we going to get back?"

"I drove here and parked downstairs. Maria Stark has already packed your things, so we'll just leave." With that, Henry scooped up Catherine Hepburn's legs, reached under her armpits, and swept her up in a princess carry.

This unexpected action elicited only a childlike cheer from Catherine Hepburn, who wrapped her arms around Henry's neck, muttering, "You silly boy, why are you so impatient? Too bad you're seventy years too late."

"Oh, if I had lived seventy years earlier, would I have had the chance to win her heart?"

"Hmm, no. You need to become more reliable."

"Wow, that's a really high standard." After picking the person up, Henry jogged outside. Of course, he didn't forget to wink at Maria Stark Tom, the private nurse, so that she would follow.
