Faced with the man's ruthlessness, Wanda didn't overreact. She simply said calmly, "I agree with your opinion. But how high do you think those politicians' tolerance limit is?"

"When they order the launch of nuclear missiles to solve the problem, regardless of whether the problem is ultimately solved or whether we intervene, we are the losers. You can agree with that, right?"

Would American politicians dare to launch nuclear missiles at densely populated areas of their own country? The movie * The Avengers * has already proven they would. Although that's a movie, and we're in the real world, who would dare gamble on these people's character?

If it really comes to that, regardless of whether the X- X-Men or other superheroes step in to clean up the mess, will they be thanked?

I'm afraid the resentment will only deepen.

The public will likely blame these capable individuals for not addressing the problem before resorting to nuclear weapons.

Superman in DC Comics often faces this kind of problem. People don't care how much others have given or sacrificed; they only care about what losses they have suffered and whether they could have been avoided.

However, from these people's perspective, it cannot be said that their complaints are wrong.

What's the use of justice delayed? Those who sacrificed and made sacrifices satisfied their own vanity and then expected others to be grateful to them.

But the losses are real, and who is willing to make up for them? In the end, you have to swallow them all yourself.

What If...? the harm caused by the Void eventually spreads globally, unless Henry no longer wants to stay on Earth, the sooner he takes action, the less resentment he will incur.

It's laughable that what is clearly a virtuous act of great merit is being interpreted from a utilitarian perspective as the optimal time for intervention. After all, human nature is such that most people are selfish, and few can truly understand the essence of the matter.

When people have to pay an extra price for their good deeds, society is not worth saving. Henry intervened simply to better protect himself.

Having considered his options, Henry made his decision without further hesitation and said, "I'll say goodbye to the people inside and then leave with you. Wait for me a moment."

Wanda nodded and took a small step back, indicating that she would wait there.

Back inside, Henry naturally had to say goodbye to the old lady he'd brought with him. "Catherine, I have to go now."

A group of troublesome friends have dumped a problem on me. It feels like I can't just ignore it.

"You're leaving so soon? I just asked someone to prepare a guest room for you." Catherine Hepburn asked in surprise, "What are you going to do?"

"I'm going to save the world," Henry said, feigning nonchalance. It sounded utterly insincere at first glance.

Catherine Hepburn chuckled in agreement, beckoned Henry to bend down, then cupped the boy's face in her hands and gently kissed his forehead. "Go, boy. Help me kick that bad guy's ass!"

"Maybe I'm the one who'll get beaten to a pulp," Henry said with a wry smile. After saying goodbye to the others, he left the house.

While Wanda waited, Pietro stood beside her, the two talking—or rather, one of them was giving a lecture!

Although the two are siblings, the younger sister seems more assertive. It's hard to imagine what kind of events this Scarlet Witch, who doesn't belong to the movie version, went through to become the way she is today.

Henry stepped forward and asked, "Alright, let's get going. How do we get there? Do we need to meet up with someone? Can you give me some time to prepare? You can't expect me to go and fight someone in this suit, can you?"

Wanda, who was in charge, did not answer directly. Instead, she squinted and stared at the person in front of her for a while before saying, "The Sorcerer Supreme has instructed that what we actually want is not you, but him."

As she spoke, Wanda used her hands to cast Chaos Magic, taking something out of the void and presenting it to Henry.

It was a cloth combat suit, red and blue in color. The pattern folded at the top was a large diamond badge with an "S" symbol inside.

Although the suit wasn't unfolded, Henry's eyesight and spatial analysis skills allowed him to easily determine its appearance.

This left him dumbfounded. He said, "You probably don't know, but not long ago I told some idiot that 'there are no Superman in this world.' What does it mean to bring this outfit here now?"

"Isn't it obvious? The world needs a Superman, not Henry Brown."

Although Henry was extremely reluctant to take this thing, Wanda it into his hands. He could only stare with a long face at the conspicuous "S" symbol he was holding, wondering if there should be a "B" after it?

Quicksilver swiftly placed a can on his suit and said, "This is hair oil. I think you'll find it useful. It's just a small token of my appreciation."

"Thank you," Henry said in a tone of utter disdain.

Quicksilver seemed oblivious to everyone else's feelings, instead urging, "Hurry up and change into your suit, we still have a big problem to deal with. The sooner we finish this, the sooner we can go home and get some sleep."

Faced with the two staring eyes, Henry gave them a meaningful look, but no one understood. He gave them another, but the siblings looked blank. Finally, he could only say, "Turn around. I need to change my clothes. What's with you staring at me like that?"

Quicksilver said, "Don't you also have Super Speed? Can't you switch in a flash?"

Henry said irritably, "You also have Super Speed, so you should know that when we are in the same Speed Force, the passage of time is synchronous or close."

To outsiders, I appeared to have changed clothes in a flash. But to you, it was just like any other person putting on and taking off their clothes. I'm not comfortable with a man seeing my backside, so please at least turn away for a moment.

Quicksilver, as if belatedly realizing something, said, "Oh, okay, then you can change." With that, he turned around at Super Speed, his back to Henry.

The brother turned away, but the sister's gaze remained fixed intently on Henry. Compared to her previous indifferent attitude, this time it was almost excessively passionate.

Left with no other option, Henry could only say, "Madam, would you please excuse us for a moment?"

"I don't have Super Speed, what do you think I can see?"

"You might not have Super Speed, but I don't know if you have any spying magic. So for everyone's sake, could you turn around?"

"Pfft, you cheapskate," Wanda muttered.

Actually, Henry didn't change his clothes while standing still. Instead, he ran to a nearby secluded spot to change, while putting away his original clothes. When he returned to his original spot, he had even applied hair oil to his hair, combed it into a slicked-back style, and added a tuft of curly hair to his forehead.
