Magneto straightened up and said with an imposing air, "If nothing unexpected happens, the second step is to build Mutants communities all over the country and bring Mutants together."

"It looks a lot like Genosha Island, but it's not the same thing at all. Genosha Island was another immature experimental site. They did it just to separate Mutants."

"The third step is to strip Mutants rights, including jobs and positions, so that Mutants lose the possibility of living in normal human society."

"Then the relationship between normal people and Mutants is redefined, including marriage and kinship. Even those who have sympathy will be punished to weaken their sympathy, with the aim of completely severing the two." The fourth step is to further centralize the management of Mutants, exploit and squeeze their abilities, while only providing them with the most basic living conditions, and even conducting cruel human experiments.

"Given previous research experience, would ordinary people have any objection to conducting further research on Mutants who have lost their human rights and are no longer considered part of humanity?"

"At this point, in their eyes, we're like livestock, like cattle and horses. Hearing this, you surely understand what humans want to do. The fifth and final step is to carry out large-scale destruction."

"Fifty years ago, the price was six million lives; in this era, how much more will it take to Afterlife? Or rather, the extermination of Mutants is the will of all humanity."

No wonder Magneto said he recognized it. This is practically a depiction of the plight of Jews under Némist rule during World War II. And he was a child from a concentration camp, with numbered tattoos on his arms.

Don't say that modern society can't reach the final stage. As long as no one resists and no one applies the brakes, it's a dead end, like boiling a frog in lukewarm water.

So Magneto had to step in, or at least had to. Professor X's approach was too slow and ineffective in this situation.

Magneto went a step further, saying, "Don't think you can get away with this by claiming you're an alien. Do you think you'd be better off or worse off if you told government officials you weren't Mutants, but an alien?"

"Would Professor X just stand by and watch this happen? He should have a strategy to deal with it, right?" Black Super asked, shifting the blame.

Magneto said frankly, "Charles and Hank are both fine; they have too many illusions about those in power. I dare not, because I have seen how ugly these kinds of people are when they tear off their masks."

"And what about you? Do you also harbor the same illusions about those in power, or are you willing to take a gamble on me? I know you're not content to be a foot soldier, and I have enough soldiers already."

"Fighting has never been my first option, just one of them. But I can't deny that I won't bother trying to persuade someone when it comes to violence."

"So I need a smart person who can help outside of the fighting, even a genius. You yourself said that the people outside are useless. I admit that. So what about you? Can you help me?"

Does Magneto need the Clown-Sup's fighting power? To deal with humans, no. But he needs the cutting-edge, cinematic digital imaging technology that Stark Studios offers, and the brilliant mind of its mastermind.

Black Super sighed helplessly and asked, "What do you want to do? Make it clear first, I won't help with everything."

Magneto took out a notebook, spread it out on the table, and said, "It's very simple. It's just like the first step I mentioned: eliminate humanity. By turning everyone into Mutants."

"It has been confirmed in medicine that the human body also possesses a magnetic field. By chance, I discovered that my mutant ability can also affect this weak biomagnetic field, thereby permanently altering the physiology of others."

"I want to use this characteristic to turn ordinary humans into Mutants. This notebook contains my research data up to this point. According to my observations, the biggest difference between ordinary people and Mutants lies in the activity level of the magnetic field in their heads."

"So my idea is to find the reason why the brain changes like this, and to enhance the brain of ordinary people to the same level as that of Mutants. I have made some models and found that the most important thing is to apply force to the prefrontal cortex."

"I have tried to find volunteers among our fellow citizens to undergo brain magnetic field enhancement surgery and stop before they feel pain. Some people have even undergone multiple surgeries."

"The duration each person can endure is uncertain, but their abilities are enhanced to some extent. However, they need to retrain and adapt in terms of controlling their abilities. Clearly, the direction I've found is correct, at least it's useful for Mutants."

"It's a pity that this kind of enhancement is only effective for the first few times, and its effectiveness will decrease over time. In the end, no matter how much they endure, they will not become stronger."

"Moreover, doing this doesn't produce cross-class growth; it's just like tapping into their potential all at once. It's not quite the same as the enhancement from Apocalypse."

"Hmm—you don't know Apocalypse, do you? Anyway, he was a very special Mutants. But he's dead, so you don't need to worry about him."

They've done human experiments, even if it was on their own people. But Black Super still have to admire this old Mutants from the concentration camp; he's got guts. That's bordering on reckless.

Flipping through Magneto's notes, the records were quite detailed. "Magnetomedicine" is a very young discipline in modern medicine. If scholars studying this field saw Magneto's notes, they would feel as if they had found a treasure.

However, this is like trying to explain the entire weather system by only observing the temperatures in different locations, and then thinking that you can influence the weather system by changing the way temperatures are measured.

The most outrageous thing is that Magneto actually did it in the end! Despite the flaws in his method, assuming no other factors influenced it, it can only be said that this guy's power is too great; it was a miracle achieved entirely through brute force.

No wonder he's one of the fourteen Omega-level Mutant officially recognized by Marvel through Professor X.

Can you help me with this?

Help! Why wouldn't you help?

This was a request made by Magneto himself, meaning that the Brotherhood of Mutants ' resources would be completely open to him. As long as there are no destructive or invasive examinations such as dissections, Magneto would probably not refuse.

He's already let the wolf into the house; it would be a waste not to grab some benefits. Anyway, as long as Magneto gets the results he wants in the end, the rest of the scraps are all his.

Black Super put down the documents in his hand, looked at Magneto, and said, "I can help. But it won't be for free; I'll charge you a fee."

"I can accept it within reasonable limits," Magneto agreed.

"I do have something that can help, but some preparations need to be made. Some equipment will require your assistance in fabricating."

"As long as I have the blueprints, I can make it."

Without any hesitation, Black Super grabbed a stack of white paper and started scribbling away. A multi-functional electron microscope was a necessary tool to replace his current nearsightedness.

"Alright, that's up to you guys. Now, finish this first. I'm leaving." Black Super stood up, ready to go.

Magneto asked, "Where are you going?"

"I have to take care of an elderly person during the day, and I also have some things to prepare for myself, so I'll come over tomorrow evening."

"You----"

"I get paid over there. What can you offer me besides empty promises?"

"I----"

"So see you tomorrow, Magneto." The man with the Black Super pierced through the window through which Mystique had looked at the moon and flew away, leaving Magneto deep in thought.
