Break up the lovebirds?

The thought only flashed through Henry's mind for an instant. His current role was to tail her under orders. If he did not enjoy the show properly... if he did not get to the bottom of things, he would have no way to explain himself to Grandma.

So Henry suppressed the urge to leap out and arrest the adulterous pair, deciding instead to see what sort of affair this was... what was really going on. Perhaps things were not as they appeared, and there was some melodramatic story behind it all.

Having made up his mind, Henry switched into stealth-tracking mode. He even took a digital camera from the passenger-side glove compartment. It was not especially professional—just fitted with a "tiny" 300–600mm telephoto lens.

Do not ask how that telephoto lens had fit inside the glove compartment...

His Super Vision had not recovered yet. Otherwise, paired with Super Speed, he could have sketched them at lightning speed.

Focusing most of his attention on Super Hearing, Henry listened as Skye and the other person chatted about trivial everyday matters. After breakfast, they held hands and began a full day of dating and fun.

They first went up to the observation deck atop the Empire State Building, looking out over New York City together.

Then they rushed to the famous Times Square. The two imitated the sailor kissing a nurse after victory in World War II, fooling around quite a bit. The reason they had not actually kissed was that Skye had trained under Thena; her flexibility and core strength were simply too well-developed. Faced with an incoming kiss, Skye nearly bent backward until her head touched the ground. That little puppy did not possess the same flexibility, so he could not chase after her for another kiss.
