Henry uncovered William Stryker’s role in the attempt on President George Bush and helped evacuate the children from Xavier’s School after the military raid. After sheltering the displaced students, Henry tracked Stryker and Jason Stryker to Reservoir Base and led the others in an assault.

• Magneto declared a Mutant revolution and ordered Henry Brown to assassinate President George Bush, but Henry resisted Mastermind’s illusion and collapsed as William Stryker’s group fled.
• Henry recovered in hospital, concluded Jason Stryker could control minds, and decided that he and William Stryker had to die while preparing to protect Xavier’s School.
• After Nightcrawler attacked President George Bush, Stryker convinced the President to authorize an operation against the X-Men and their school.
• Henry and his allies prepared for a military raid, but Quicksilver helped many children escape through a passage as soldiers attacked Xavier’s School.
• Quicksilver brought the escaped students to Katharine Hepburn’s home, and Henry helped settle all sixty-seven children between the house and his Tribeca apartment.
• Henry learned that the military had captured several children, Professor X, and Cyclops, then found William Stryker and Jason Stryker at Reservoir Base with Professor X drugged and Cyclops unconscious.
• Henry identified Jason Stryker as Mastermind and flew to Reservoir Base in the Boar Mech, followed by Cassandra, Gilgamesh, and Thena.
• Boar assigned Bonnie and Bullhead positions outside the base and led Skyhawk toward the entrance, warning the team about unknown Mutant powers as they began their assault.

Boar Mech killed William and Jason Stryker, exposed their plot, and stole the True Adamantium before the X-Men and Brotherhood dealt with the aftermath. Henry later attended Katharine Hepburn’s birthday, learned of a threat involving Skye, and rescued her from a gang trying to capture her.

• Boar Mech infiltrated the Alkali Lake base, defeated Lady Deathstrike and the Mutant squad, found Mastermind and the Strykers in Cerebro, and killed Mastermind and William Stryker.
• Boar Mech copied research files, destroyed surveillance footage, stole the True Adamantium, and sent it away with Dog Squad Saint Bernard.
• Mystique and the X-Men reached the base, where Professor X explained that the intruder had killed the Strykers and that Stryker had planned to control Mutants and target the President.
• Professor X showed Magneto the evidence linking Henry Brown to the failed assassination plan, while Mystique confronted him about sealing away Qin Grey’s memories of the Phoenix Force.
• Professor X presented George Bush with evidence of the coup plot, and Bush agreed to reverse his policy against Mutants and expand the Department of Mutant Affairs.
• Henry attended Katharine Hepburn’s birthday party, spoke with Tony Stark about Abstergo Industries and Ezekiel Sims, and heard that Sims was pursuing a suspicious deal with Stark Industries.
• Henry found Skye surrounded by teenagers who had been paid to identify and capture her, learned that Andy had recruited them, and questioned the men behind the attempt.
• Spider-Man intervened after Henry fought the gang, and Henry took Skye home, where she joined Gwen in cuddling Kitty.

Henry’s attempt to protect Skye intersected with Ezekiel Sims’s hunt for three women, while Cassie Webb began experiencing visions of danger and death. The arc ended with Cassie trying to save Anya Corazon from the assassins pursuing her, but the bus crash and a vision of Anya being shot left her fate uncertain.

• Henry attended Rachel Lambert Mellon’s art banquet with Katharine Hepburn and presented Rachel with a crystal that projected images of her and Paul Mellon.
• Ezekiel Sims offered Henry a job at Abstergo Industries, but Henry refused, and Sims later suspended action against him after learning of his connection to Rachel Mellon.
• Henry and Skye came upon a bridge collision, where Henry rescued Cassie Webb from a sinking car after Spider-Man briefly mistook him for someone attempting suicide.
• Cassie’s visions intensified as she responded to emergencies, but she failed to save O’Neill after a truck crushed his ambulance.
• Ezekiel Sims hired Amalia Mameed to identify women from his visions and arranged for Abstergo’s Alpha Squad to target them, beginning with sixteen-year-old Anya Corazon.
• After visions showed Anya dying in every possible outcome, Cathy Weber pulled her from her apartment, but Alpha Squad pursued them and they boarded a Q32 bus.
• The bus crashed, and Cathy saw a killer shoot Anya and aim at her before Cathy found herself back on the moving bus with Anya as they approached the intersection.

Henry Brown helped Cathy Weber and the three girls escape Ezekiel Sims by taking them to Peru, where the Spider Tribe revealed the source of Cathy’s visions and the girls underwent a transformation. With Sims and eight mercenaries closing in, Henry prepared the group to defend themselves while the girls recovered.

• Cathy Weber rescued Anya Corazon and Marty Franklin from gunmen, and she and Julia Carpenter helped them flee Ezekiel Sims and Poison Spider.
• Henry Brown sheltered Cathy and the girls, learned about their families and pursuers, and discovered that Cathy’s mother had researched Ezekiel Sims and the Spider Tribe.
• Henry took Cathy and the girls aboard the Dragon and traveled underwater to the Peruvian Amazon, while Sims identified their likely destination and followed them.
• Cathy’s visions led the group to the Spider Tribe, where its leader revealed that her power came from the spider and that Sims was a cursed thief.
• Marty Franklin, Julia Carpenter, and Anya Corazon chose the spider-bite ritual, and three spiders transformed them while a fourth chose Henry because it was connected to Gwen Stacy.
• Skye sent Henry information showing that Sims was coming to Peru with eight mercenaries, including former Alpha Squad members.
• Henry gathered poison dart frogs as a possible nonlethal weapon, while Cathy reported that the girls were recovering and Henry warned they would need to face the pursuers without the tribe’s help.
