Background

Shisui's parents died after his birth, leaving him to be raised in Kagami Uchiha's household alongside their grandmother. As a child, he was deeply attached to Kagami and readily declared that he would support any decision his older brother made. 5 39

Kagami personally trained Shisui, beginning with exercises such as water walking and later pushing him through harsh combat instruction. Shisui initially lacked independent judgment and relied heavily on Kagami's guidance, though he eventually became frustrated when Kagami left him to manage both Academy life and Sasuke's care. 39 86 113
