Background / History

Qingxuan was a transmigrator from Earth who entered the Primordial World through the transformation of the Tongtian Jianmu. He emerged from a hidden formation on Buzhou Mountain after absorbing primordial energy, but acting against the will of Heaven caused his cultivation to fall to the Heavenly Immortal realm 1.

Soon after his birth, Qingxuan encountered Nuwa. His knowledge of her future, the Human Race, and the Demon Race made her suspect that he possessed an extraordinary ability. When Nuwa attempted to keep him at her side, Qingxuan accepted her as his master primarily to avoid the overwhelming difference in power 2.

Their master-disciple bond linked their karma and destinies. Although Qingxuan initially wanted a quiet life, he began planning to prevent Nuwa from being controlled by the Heavenly Dao and to alter the future he remembered 3.

Qingxuan later climbed Buzhou Mountain and encountered a phantom of Pangu’s divine sense. Pangu granted him the opportunity to witness the Three Styles of Heaven Opening, left him a drop of Essence Blood and the Primordial Chaos Measuring Heaven Ruler, and asked him to protect Pangu’s bloodline descendants 21 22.
