Geography

Liang Kingdom encompasses thirty-two prefectures. Each prefecture governs six to eight commanderies, and each commandery contains more than a dozen counties; Immortal Blessed Lands are excluded from this civil division 10.

Northern region	A branch of the Black Mist Mountain Range runs through the north; Yellow Dragon Immortal City lies due north and is closely connected to the range 53.

History

Blazing Fire Palace Era

Blazing Fire Palace stood at the center of Liang Kingdom’s cultivation order, with the Four Great Sects and Seven Great Clans forming the next tiers of power 8. The kingdom’s western lands contained many of its notable local cultivation centers, including Golden Cloud Valley, Jade Moon Lake, Bamboo Leaf Mountain, and Five Peaks Market 53.

Bamboo Leaf Mountain Market was established to serve several Foundation Establishment clans, more than a dozen Qi Refining families, and nearby rogue cultivators. Its location filled the lack of a major regional trading center between distant markets and immortal cities 35.

Invasion of Feng Kingdom

The Liang Kingdom sects, led by Blazing Fire Palace, launched a cross-border campaign into Feng Kingdom. Their stated objective was primarily the plunder of resources, cultivation inheritances, and strategic materials rather than permanent territorial occupation 166 182.

The invasion initially secured immortal cities, spiritual lands, and substantial resources. Feng Kingdom’s greater territorial depth, stronger foundations, and tactics of ambushes, rear-area attacks, and “strengthening the walls and clearing the fields” gradually stalled the advance 175.

A major defeat at the Tantai Clan killed several True Core cultivators, more than a dozen Pseudo-Core cultivators, over one hundred Foundation Establishment cultivators, and thousands of Qi Refining cultivators. Blazing Fire Palace’s Master Lihuo was subsequently ambushed by Golden Sun Sect and Blood Sword Valley Nascent Souls, leaving him severely injured 186.

Golden Sun Sect Conquest

Feng Kingdom’s Golden Sun Sect eventually pushed north into Liang Kingdom. The counteroffensive brought forced conscription, punitive action against resisting cultivation families, and the collapse of border defenses 201 203.

Reorganization Under Golden Sun Sect

Roughly three decades after the conquest, Liang Kingdom’s cultivation landscape had been extensively remade. Golden Sun Sect controlled the territory, many Spiritual Veins had been relocated or strengthened, and the kingdom’s overall cultivation strength had increased markedly 264.

The former Seven Great Clans became Ten Great Clans: only four of the old great clans remained, while six clans from Feng Kingdom had moved north. Many markets, immortal cities, and clan territories changed ownership during this period 264.

Demonic Path War

When the Six Demonic Sects gathered near the Yan Kingdom border, Liang Kingdom again entered a period of mass mobilization and instability. Boundless Hall of Feng Kingdom summoned neighboring sect forces to resist the demonic camp 263.

After Chen Kingdom fell, Liang Kingdom’s sects sent major support toward Jing Kingdom. Their strategy was to keep the neighboring country as the front line rather than allow the war to reach Liang Kingdom directly 286.

Liang Kingdom later became the Dao Defense Alliance’s only major rear area that had not directly fallen into the flames of war. Its position north of Feng Kingdom made Jing Kingdom’s defense essential: if Jing Kingdom fell, Liang Kingdom would be exposed next 326 309.

Division of Influence

The Dao Defense Alliance later mediated a settlement between Golden Sun Sect and Golden Cloud Valley. Each side received half of Liang Kingdom’s territory and influence 426.

• Golden Sun Sect retained the more resource-rich half and received additional resource compensation 426.
• Golden Cloud Valley received promised assistance from a Tier 4 artifact-refining grandmaster and re-emerged as a Nascent Soul–level power 426 409.
